Turkey pays the price for it’s energy deal with Putin.

“explosion inside a coal mine in northern Turkey killed at least 28 people, Turkish officials said, while rescuers were trying to bring dozens of others trapped inside the mine to the surface.
The blast occurred on Friday at the state-owned TTK Amasra Muessese Mudurlugu mine in the town of Amasra, in the Black Sea coastal province of Bartin.”

‘No waiting’: Turkey, Russia to act on Putin’s gas hub offer
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Turkey and Russia have instructed their respective energy authorities to immediately begin technical studies on a Russian proposal that would turn Turkey into a gas hub for Europe

The thing with military training is it takes a very long time. You have to have new soldiers training in the pipe all the time and much preferably the bulk of it finished before the conflict. It makes a lot of sense to use the reservists to replace all active duty personnel outside Ukraine, send all active duty personnel inside Ukraine and leave reservists training in their place. After that send continuously the most “advanced” reservists etc.
Kherson is the single most important point that I agree. The mobile air defense systems embedded with those advancing troops should be smoked out, and then create an epic massacre turkey shoot of the epic UAF zerg rush with heavy use of air assets.

To Russia and the great reset.
The great reset is a truly totalitarian approach. Meaning that ALL spheres of life are ment to be rebuild.
The attacks by the davos people include efforts to destruct
– financial
– economical
– social (wokeness)
– psychological
– political
– religious
Systems
And replace them with a global fascist doctrine (bioecotechno fascism, digital feudlsim…) by means of technological surveilance.
Now Russia. The vax uptick in russia may be 50% on paper but if you knew russia a little you would suggest that half of them never took a vaccine but bought a fake certificate in the internet. That doesnt matter so much since the question at hand is if the russian leadership is advocating for it. The russian mod has clearifiedin the meantime that there is no obligatory vaxxination for the mobilized.
But to get to the point, i would suggest that its very hard to imagine that russia is going along with any of the vectors of attack. If so, russia could have easily taken theopportunity of the war to destroy its society, its economy, its financial sector and the mental health and lifes of russians. But they didnt. If the goal was depopulation russia would fight a very different war which would maximize the human cost instead of trying toavoid casualties.
What remains is the technological angle. There I am pretty sure that Russia is working in the same direction. Putin stated that power in the 21st century belongs to those who develope and manage technologies like ai. So the technological aspect is unavoidable.
In reality I cant imagine a cashless russia any time soon. The popultion is just not ready to give up on it (in part due to corruption and mistrust).
Also the kremlin (aka the political sphere) will remain the authority, while according the WEF all power will be located in the hands of a decentralized, invisible financial elite.
So for me the question is solved in that you will find a lot of the technological tools of the great resetin Russia as well, but they will be used in a different way and by other people.

You can’t get rid of all the stingers, but their infrared guidance can be conned with flares most of the time (probably)? UAF is at a weak point now since they are so depleted in mobile radar guided air defense and especially to spare them to advanncing troops (of course it’s a matter of general staff priority – fixed target or formation protection) they don’t have much to allocate their attacking troops, beside MANPADs. Air power is the key as usual.

Thank you for those thoughts, I guess Russia was able to mosey along with thin army ranks and a diminished training program while it maintained an active small core army group here and there in the world. That sounds like a fair thing as there are far greater priorities for budgets than a standing army.
Russia has not been slack on the missile and artillery side though it seems.
Their initial encounter in Ukraine seems awkward at times but they have established a major foothold, pronounced liberation of enslaved slavs, gained a measure of the combined west bloodlust, proofed their missile, drone and artillery forces and finally seem prepared to take a stab at it.
Time will tell but I certainly believe they are more than willing and capable of taking a dump on NATO every morning for the next year.

Russia never fights wars to exterminate the enemy. Even in 1945. USSR had no intention to destroy the Greman enemy. Russia fights wars to make friends with enemies after they are defeated and later to trade or cooperate with them. Good example for this is the Soviet intervention in Avganistan.
On the other hand, the western countries, specially Anglo-Saxons always wage war to exterminate and plunder their enemies.
This is something that Russian government and military leadership doesn’t understand. They still hope for some kind of compromise. And while hoping, they shall be defeated and later exterminated.

❗️ 🇷🇺 🇺🇦 The Battle for Kherson: the situation at the Andreevsky and Berislavsky sites
as of 12.00 on October 15, 2022
In the Berislavsky area, early in the morning, the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of two battalion tactical groups of 60 infantry and armored vehicles of 17 tank brigades launched an offensive from the side of Novaya Kamenka to the Dudchany – Mylovoye— Novogrigorovka line with the task of cutting communication routes and securing a foothold.
Fire support to the Ukrainian formations is provided by calculations of barrel and rocket artillery from the positional area in Petropavlovsk.

https://t.me/azmilitary11/25296

▪️ Fierce fighting is currently continuing. Servicemen of the 205 brigade, 140 regiment and 810 obrmp of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are holding the defense in this area. Units of the 126 Guards Brigade of coastal Defense, reinforced by special forces of the 10th brigade, are in reserve.
The movement of personnel and equipment was also noticed in the area of Davydiv Brid. With a high degree of probability, the forces of the 46th separate airmobile brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will also attempt to storm Russian positions at the Sadok —Borozens’ke line.
At the same time, the AFU will not use all reserves to break through this section. Two BTGRS are trying to wedge themselves into the defensive lines of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation before the main forces approach.
Also, the option of a “false” strike to distract attention from the main direction, which may be the Nikolayev site or the Russian positions in the Zaporozhye region, is not excluded.

The great reset is a story to make people feel like it’s all safe and part of some grand plan. The truth is a full economic war with Russia and if we get nuked or starve to death is an unknown risk and a chance the “leaders” will take for us.
As long as we are told it’s for the greater good we will be more at ease.

When retreating from their positions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine left some lists of the Nazis trained in Germany
According to an employee of the Russian power structures, we are talking about the 53rd brigade, whose servicemen were trained in Germany last summer.
“The lists of the 53rd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they were simply abandoned during the AFU’a retreat. The brigade worked in the Kherson direction, in the summer they sent their fighters to be trained in Germany, ”the Russian security official explained.
These lists contained the personal data of servicemen, including that of the officers.

Statements also continue to be received, including from officials, that in the Svatovo direction the enemy has mounted a strike force of up to 35-40 thousand bayonets, which should launch an offensive against Svatovo in the near future.
It seems unlikely that the enemy is aimed at a frontal assault on the city. Most likely, they will bet on a bypass maneuver north of Svatovo and an exit to the Svatovo-Kremennaya highway with an auxiliary strike on Kremennaya from the Krasnolimansky direction.
The enemy so far has full control of the initiative in the Swatov direction and is clearly aiming to achieve operational results before the balance of power begins to change not in his favor.

Russia hinting at a anti terrorist campaign then anouncing countries involved seems like a message to the west and a troll job of what they are going to do next if they are pushed.
France is now sending more troops to Romania, why? Russia listed Georgia, Armenia and Bulgaria as countries involved in the terror attack. If you look at securing the Black sea there really isn’t a lot to stop Russia from splitting it 50/50 with the Turks.
Plus Nato might need to find a reason to get involved in Ukraine because the Russian’s next wave is too big to handle.

Iranian sources report that Russia has ordered new Arash-2 UAVs from Iran. The warhead of the new drone is much larger than that of the Geranium.
Iran actually has many different interesting UAVs – reconnaissance, strike, kamikaze. Many of them have been tested in combat operations on various theaters of operations.
Here, in fact, there should be interest not only in buying, but also in deploying assembly lines for production on the territory of the country – both domestic and foreign (under license).
Because buying what you need from a friendly country is, of course, good, but in the future, you need to strive for military self-sufficiency, which in the current realities is an important component of subjective foreign policy.
The fact that there is Iran or China, which can lend a shoulder in various issues, is good, but the military-industrial complex should strive for a full cycle of production of everything necessary within the country. I hope that after the SMO in Ukraine, this issue has become extremely obvious.

The Guardian
Western officials have begun to covertly develop plans to prevent panic and chaos in the event that Russia does decide to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
This was stated by a Western official on condition of anonymity.
He stressed that the West still considers a nuclear crisis “highly unlikely”, but Western states have decided to reconsider plans to provide emergency assistance and support to the population, which is afraid of nuclear escalation.
Western governments are engaged in “precautionary planning for a range of possible scenarios.”

Kassad confirmed my information about new deliveries of strike UAVs by Iran.
The trick is that these batches of drones are with increased power. So the effect of using “shahido-geranium” on enemy targets should increase. But if we use “mopeds” not only deep behind enemy lines, but also in his positions and battle formations on the front, things will go more fun, for example, with weeding dill in the same Avdeevsky fortified area.
Then Donetsk will breathe a little more freely.

“Western officials have begun to covertly develop plans to prevent panic and chaos in the event that Russia does decide to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

Since such statements invariably project what the imperial institutions plan to do, we read this as: Western officials have begun to develop plans to sow panic and chaos while using these to impose further modes of social control on their own people, in the event that the empire decides to use nuclear weapons as a false flag in Ukraine, which will be the consummation of the fear-mongering that “Russia” is about to use nukes.

Crappy prepping advice. Serious preppers know the recommended daily water component is at least one gallon per person per day – and that doesn’t include water for wsshing. Preppers also recommend having paper plates and plastic utensils available to reduce disk washing wasted water.

That which is Starlink’s greatest strength in Ukraine also suggests its greatest weakness.
A swarm of hundreds/thousands of orbiting (relatively low orbit at that) internet access points certainly provides a mesh network that could in theory provide quite a bit of redundancy if some number of nodes were eliminated. However, to be viable, each of these Starlink satellites is probably pretty primative – e.g. cheap to build if you *eventually* plan to deploy 50,000 of the buggers. These are certainly not orbit modifying (expensive) X37s and each one is likely pretty vulnerable to concentrated EM attack. This is a great opportunity for the RAF to try out some of their exotic antisatellite gear, and a ground based laser with a generous supply of power can probably pick these satellites off pretty quick, and perhaps they are already doing so. If you have N of these satellites running some of them would probably stop working on there own, just by the laws of probablity. The Russians to take out a few more then up the ante.
The mesh can probably handle some percentage of losses but performance starts to degrade and then gets worse and falls off a cliff. My guess is that that is exactly what is happening and hence Musk’s bleatings. As for TENS of thousands of Starlink satellites, that is absurd. Think about the launch logistics – you can eventually accumulate tens of thousands of the flying glorified wifi devices – that has not happend yet and likely never will.
Musk after all is Google level Deep State funded and the whole Starlink meme is for use RIGHT NOW, just as fracking was developed as a way for the US to guarantee a wartime supply of oil (IMHO). What is happening in Ukraine right now is the culmination of DECADES of preparation by the Deep State. Do not underestimate how serious this all is…

Could it be, just a tiny bit, that the results of the investigation have unwanted results?

You can be certain that if evidence had been found that could even remotely be pinned on Russia it would have been trumpeted at the highest possible volume.
The corollary:
That this not happened means that not even the remotest evidence has been found of Russian involvement.
(but we knew this already)

I wonder what the Russian was doing in Kherson all this time. This important bridge has been broken for months, the damaged bridge deck parts could have been strengthened / replaced by modular provisional bridge segments long ago, because the substructure is apparently intact and undamaged.
(something like here: https://www.jansonbridging.de/de/startseite?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwtTpvpPi-gIV4u3mCh3DqQFUEAAYASAAEgK_tvD_BwE )
And now 30-60000 enemies are standing in front of the gates and the Russian does not have enough troops on the western side of the river. Shake your head. They don’t want to or they can’t.
Respect to the Ukrainians how they always manage to bring such strong troops to the front without the Russian being able to do much about it.

From what I understand, Starlink also exists for Schwab’s great reset (4th industrial revolution).
My guess the most effective way is ultimately some kind of space vehicle with propulsion, powered by solar or small nuclear reactor, capacitor with a laser or other EM device which can pick these things off one by one with powerful concentrated bursts. India, Russia and China and all non-west should work together to deny the west access to space, or at least in ways they can threaten humanity.

🇷🇺🇺🇦⚡Attempt to attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region. What is known
Since the evening of October 14, the Ukrainian army has been trying to break through the positions of the Russian Armed Forces from the area of Davydov Brod, Kostromka and Dudchan in the Kherson region. After a nighttime artillery strike, the Armed Forces of Ukraine went on the attack early in the morning on October 15, but were driven back.
The 140th Regiment of Special Operations of Ukraine suffered heavy losses when trying to reconnoiter the positions of the RF Armed Forces. Also, three motorized rifle brigades, reinforced by a tank battalion, were sent to break through by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The infantry and tanks of Ukraine tried to attack under the fire of the Hyacinth-B guns and the Smerch MLRS. At the same time, the air defense positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of ZelenyGay, Novogrednevo and Murakhovka were hit by Geran-2 and Lancet drones in the morning.
The attack cost the Ukrainian army at least 120 people killed. Approximately 15 YPR-765PRI and BMP-2 armored vehicles were destroyed, as well as at least four T-64BV tanks.
By the middle of the day on October 15, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine got bogged down in the attack and are trying to retreat to their original positions, on which the Su-25 and Su-34 attack aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces began to work.

Respect to the Ukrainians how they always manage to bring such strong troops to the front without the Russian being able to do much about it.

Given that it’s their country and they’re already in it you’d expect at least that much.

Yup I said this possibility yesterday. And it seems I was 100% correct. From RT:
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has blamed Russia for working to disable his Starlink satellite service, which the Ukrainian forces are heavily reliant upon in the conflict between Moscow and Kiev.
“Russia is actively trying to kill Starlink,” Musk said in a tweet on Saturday.
According to the tycoon, SpaceX, which operates the satellite service, has been allocating “massive resources” to protect it from jamming and cyberattacks. “Even so, Starlink may still die,” he warned.

From Larry Johnson

NATO is playing a dangerous game that poses a risk of escalating into a nuclear war with Russia. Sorry to ruin your Friday night. NATO is kicking off its annual nuclear weapons exercise today–i.e. STEADFAST NOON. Although this exercise has not been ginned up in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, it comes at a delicate time and will have Russia raising its nuclear alert level.
While it is true that NATO conducts this exercise every year at this time, it is foolish to pretend that the war in Ukraine is irrelevant. Why? Because NATO is exercising deploying nuclear weapons, arming planes with those weapons and simulating an attack on Russia. Do you think the Russians do not give a shit?

Are Most Of Attacks Planned For Satudays For Any Special Reason?
There is an important point: why did the AFU launch an attack today? It took place Friday night to Saturday morning once again.
Exactly the same pattern was used in the bombing of the Crimean bridge: it  was perpetuated early Saturday morning.  Like many other terrorist attacks, those ones took place over the weekend.
This may occur because the British, in the first place, and the Americans in part, both who work with Kiev, are perfectly aware of how the Russian bureaucratic machine works: it works on a five-day schedule. Also on the principle of “let’s get on with it after the holidays.” This applies, to a certain extent, even to the power structures and the military.
That is the key to why the offensive happens on Saturday. Another thing is that the Russian management machine has demonstrated that it has not quite learned to react and act on weekends and at night as well.
The British guys are quite systematic, and until they understand for certain that we have left our “five-day” regime for wartime, they will try to apply the old scheme.
It is absolutely certain that the AFU will be extremely active. They had a lot of time to get ready. It seems that the Ukrainian soldiers and officers who were trained in Britain have already returned to Ukraine. They were trained according to NATO and British PMC standards. They did not sit in barracks or ride back and forth across Britain on trains sightseeing.
These trained and coordinated units are now going into battle at Kherson and in other directions.
Kiev needs a victory. Even if this victory is false and only exists on the media. More precisely, NATO needs Kiev’s victory, because as we already know, Russia’s victory means NATO’s loss.
So for NATO/Kiev the main point of agenda is to try and take Kherson in the south at most, or to get to Berdyansk, thus dissecting the new Russian territories.
There is nothing special about that. It’s just that our strategy and tactics should be planned on the basis of these conditions.

You are falling for MI6/NSA/SBU propaganda…
They report 30,000 of their forces defending Bakhmut….
THEN…..
I get reports of 300 replacements moving to that front….
THEN….
I get reports of attacks with 4 tanks… 15 BMPs…. Technicals…
Which specifically conforms to….
4 tanks X 3 man crew = 12 people
15 BMPs X 12 men carried = 180 people
12 Technicals X 3 men carried = 36 people
Equals…. 225 –> 300 people at most….

WARSAW, Poland — Poland has completed its negotiations with South Korea to buy close to 300 K239 Chunmoo multiple-rocket launchers, with a contract expected to be signed during next week’s visit by Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak to Seoul.
“It’s an excellent artillery weapon, and based on our observations from the war in Ukraine we can clearly see how much advantage can artillery create on the battlefield,” Błaszczak told local news site I.PL.

Poland to buy hundreds of South Korean Chunmoo multiple-rocket launchers
Odd. American weapons not good enough anymore? Or are they so cash-strapped as to need cheap Asian imports even for defense …

There are no sides in nuclear war. Everybody gets burnt or poisoned.
The cunts in power are only talking daft nuke talk because their pathetic camouflage over their creation and funding of Nazis, and previously Islamic State , makes it difficult which side to be on.
If Elon Musk thinks its bad PR to be helping Nazis, then the whole of international car worshippers now know why, because the USUKISEU are funding and supprting extremists.
There is zero possibility that anybody in charge if anything will use anything but a small tactical nuke. The nuclear talk is purely to divert attention from the immorality , illegality and stupidity of supporting Nazism by our side.
Sorry if that upsets the Clint Eastwood clones in the States. Nukes make no sense to Europeans at all.

And suggesting that The Saker or Martyanov should pick up arms at their age is totally troll-like. Please observe yourself in a mirror.

Really tired of all the chatter about celebrity Elon Musk. He is nothing but a gay actor. An operative. A frontman. Not an engineer, not an inventor, doesn’t manage his supposed companies. They are hoping it will make the Nato population demand more and feel as if they will lose.

«Neoliberalisation has infected Russia (unlike China)»
The People’s Republic of China have infected themselves with the worst component of thatcherism, real estate speculation, as in Hong Kong, Taiwan, the UK, Èire, etc. (and many parts of the USA). Real estate speculation has some very bad aspects:
* It is extraordinarily profitable, as it requires no effort, being entirely redistributive and unproductive.
* Because people can usually move into smaller and smaller places, doubling up, its profitability can rise for a long time.
* It is far more profitable with much more rapid profit growth (house prices in many parts of the UK have been doubling every 7-10 years) than most businesses so it attracts a lot of capital and only fools end up bothering to set-up more risky and less profitable productive activities.
* It gives a large number of property owners, and the service industries that serve them, a big incentive to vote for right-wing parties and policies, to keep the prices going up and protecting their profits.
In the People’s Republic of China I would guess that most civil servants and party members are real estate proprietors, and probably all state and party officials are real estate proprietors and landlords, often with portfolios of several flats and houses.
Once the middle classes get a taste of how easy and comfortable it is to live off the work of the lower classes thanks to booming house prices and rents they never want to let it go.
This will pretty much inevitably means that the PRC will go the way of Korea-south, China-Taiwan, China-HK, the UK, etc. into becoming a rentier paradise, with ever growing inequality, weak businesses and wages, and hard-right politics.

Russia is fighting a Guerrilla war against a long- prepared and well financed adversary, NATO. While it might make sense to amass large forces and ammunition in Eastern Ukraine, relatively near to Friendly Borders. Any large formations further afield might became vulnerable to bombing sorties by the fucked up anglosaxons who bombed Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya Syria and Yemen into the Middle ages.
I don’t understand why posters here think that the balance of power is equal when British runways are 15 minutes flying time from Nato bases commanded by lunatic
arseholes.
Nato has the problem that its spin against Russia and for Ukraine has already unravelled, the lie that Putin is using Gas to hurt the EU is palpable nonsense, and people are bored with this war.
Russian forces are brave enough and experienced enough to deal with fighting a guerilla war against an evil Empire.
It is only a matter of time before Biden’s filthy washing gets hung out. Either before the mid terms or in the bickering after them. Nobody should despair about Russian losses or inaction, when they have justice on their side. The US , EU and UK publics are just about to get a full frontal history lesson which they have so far refused to hear. Until they start to lose their pensions or freeze.

From Vicktor55 telegram channel….
The latest Russian artillery reconnaissance systems 1B75 “Penicillin” have confirmed their effectiveness in battles in Ukraine, including in the fight against NATO artillery supplied to Ukrainian troops, an informed source told RIA Novosti. The difference between “Penicillin” and the American AN / TPQ-36 counter-battery radar used by the Ukrainian troops is that it does not use radio waves, so it cannot be detected by radio equipment and suppressed by electronic warfare systems. “Penicillin” is intended for reconnaissance of firing positions of cannon and rocket artillery, as well as anti-aircraft and tactical missiles. The complex captures acoustic and thermal waves from shots and explosions and provides the operator with the exact coordinates of the location of the enemy gun for manual and automatic drawing on an electronic map. At the same time, the time for obtaining the coordinates of a single target firing is no more than five seconds. “>https://t.me/vicktop55/7488

«Martyanov and The Saker […] play a much bigger role in the lives of many honorable Russia-loving people»
A lot of posters and commenters on “The Saker” write purely hand-waving pro-Russia (and sometimes, if right-wing ultra-nationalists, anti-Kremlin) propaganda, and while that may cheer up the pro-russians, it is fairly useless to many of us who live in second or third tier countries, many of them USA vassals, and care about figuring out what is going on in the big picture.
For example I am in favour of vassalage to the USA for most countries in Europe, not because it is good but because it is the lesser evil, but I would not mind our USA overlords and our local “aligned” elites to be weakened a bit so our vassalage becomes weaker.
Admittedly even the pro-Russia propaganda on The Saker is not as ridiculous or malicious as most pro-USA propaganda, but it is still useless.

It is not that easy to pin a nuclear weapon explosion to a patsy country. The residue from a nuclear weapon can be identified to the source laboratory/facility/reactor within hours if the right analytic instruments are used, either on site or from air.
All these talks of Russian nuclear weapon by US Biden/NATO, are intended to divert attentions of the military failure of Ukraine and the economic failure of West Russia sanctions. Biden wants to reduce his 2022 midterm losses, EU wants to make cold and hunger more palatable. No matter what, Biden will lose on November 8 and EU will freeze and starve this winter. No hot air can prevent that.

EU (Borrell et. co.) promised to “train” 15000 Ukie guerrilla fighters. I understood it means over the winter time. My guess is that by next spring, those 15000 “fighters” will be at that time already be irrelevant, due to the fact that the main mass of ukrainian’s have already been destroyed through these offensives. The 15k arrival will be asynchronous to the fact that there might not be a coherent front left. And they won’t be fighting as “guerrillas”, they are fed straight to the front. And probably a larger-than-significant portion might have disappeared into the EU welfare system.
My interpretation of all this Nato saber rattling, arms supply, EU false hopes etc. the only reason is to make the ukies fight longer. No one anywhere in the west even mentions anything about ukie losses, it’s all the same as long as a couple of Russians die. The whole thing is kept together by deploying significant numbers of Polish, UK and US armed forces in Ukraine right now. While it is a threat, it’s also an opportunity since Nato is unable to use its major asset – air and naval power and makes Nato fight in a crippled manner. Russia has apparently changed the doctrine from fighting one hand behind the back to fighting properly against terrorists and more collateral acceptable.
The ukie electricity grid is steadily declining as well, despite some people barking at the lack of continuous mass strikes. There are a couple of strikes here and there daily which will add up and make stuff unrepairable.

I don’t think it is honest to equate The Saker with the comments on his blog. The Saker has a very clear ideology and a religious belief – you are either for or against, but the intellectual level is far higher than hand-waving propaganda. And while I’m not religious myself, I prefer The Saker’s worldvision compared to the current American Culture ( when much younger, someone let me read Less Then Zero. I never found something as debased as that in Russian literature and I have read lots. And oh yes, before you accuse me of underestimating American Culture, I also read an I liked Nathaliel Hawthorne, Thornton Wilder and Henry Miller – but that’s hardly relevant anymore is it?. The Saker’s blog is about values, not about propaganda.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation at the Hot Spots – Posted at 16:48 15 Oct⚡️
1. The direction of #Svatovo is a battle with the enemy. On the one hand, we repulsed them at #Torskoye. On the other, the Khohols (petname for Ukrainians) have reached the border of the #Svatovo district, bypassing it from the left side. Our people can’t be said to have stalled and not moved at all. But they are trying to manoeuvre counter-strikes, which is not a bad characteristic of who is in command there.
2. #Kherson direction – it is raining heavily. Equipment is stalling, the enemy’s advance was slowed down. They are crushing the Khohols in packs, but they are still coming. Ours are well positioned here. The Khohols are taking heavy casualties. Compared to ours, big ones.
Well done Airborne Commander Teplinsky. He literally makes the defence in trenches in Kherson direction himself, he does it very skillfully.
Surovikin is one of the most competent generals now. He has started to build up the defences little by little, he is digging.
3. A great joy – they have finally started to burn out Ukraine’s energy system. I hope that the next stage will be to start hitting the bridges.
There is an opinion that there is nothing to hit the bridges. But we see that the air defence system of the Ukrainians, especially at high strategic echelons, does not work well. It is quite possible to arrange a mass raid in one direction with Kalibers and Geraniums. The next wave could be assault aviation, so that it could simultaneously knock out the air defense system in a narrow section of the front. Then in this section to carry out a breakthrough by bomber aviation, so that the fighters would cover the bombers, and they would put out at least 2-3 bridges with heavy bombs. Now, before the delivery of serious air defence systems, which are being brought to the enemy, this is possible. Tomorrow could be too late. We have less than two weeks left.
There are still Daggers, Kalibras, etc. with BPM (high power munition).
4. In any case it is clear that the next stage, when the enemy starts to close strategic air defence points, it is necessary to work with the same blows on its positions on the front line and to strike deep into it in order to slightly loosen up the “comrades”, because they have relaxed in Kiev. In the moment, by sinking on bridges, it is quite possible to carry out a raid in waves.
It is clear that we will certainly suffer losses, but firstly, this is war, and secondly, they are justified as we must cut off the Left Bank, preventing the enemy from actively operating reserves. The wide Dnieper divides Ukraine in half, up to 10km in places. We are in a position to give them a holiday by depriving them of the opportunity to transfer forces and assets to the left bank.

This is truly genius. Seeding the battlespace with a matrix of echo-location beacons, perhaps over a few months until the origin of any artillery piece can be triangulated.
This sets the stage for erasing Himars from the field as well as anything else NATO brings in.

These are interesting drones and seem to have just come into active service. Thus far all the videos are filmed from a second spotter drone and a couple then cut to the nose-cam of the Lancet as it approaches the target.
At least one video shows people running away from the target vehicle so the high speed approach must be audible. I haven’t seen a video of one using its own target recognition / acquisition but this mode would probably be used when signal jamming was a problem so there would be no video link.

Arch Bungle’s Defencenews PL report fits in with the orders by UA for South Korean “stingers” and “leopards” reported earlier this week by Sputniknews.

I don’t think further evidence is required to show that the USA/NATO no longer has the weapons manufacturing capacity to keep up with Russia.
If SK is really supplying these then the next question is what are the implications for it’s relationship with Russia (if any). Do the South Koreans want to be seen as an enemy state?

My Ukrainian thought for this day now tending towards evening there: it helps to remember the wisdom of what has happened since the SMO began, which is that had it not happened in that particular way, all of this ongoing attack by the usurpers buttressed by their military/industrial complex so warned against by the departing Eisenhower many many years back – all of this – would now be happening, (as it is now happening,) inside Russia itself as it was constituted before Donesk and Lugansk and the southern areas were brought back according to those citizens’ wishes.
In effect, then, those countries outside Russia to its west have now become what was Ukraine, while the former Ukraine, all of it, becomes what Russia would have been. In so becoming, it comes to be so renewed. That exodus of Kherson citizenry on the eve of battle simply emphasizes that Russia has been preparing for this, extending protection to all. We should therefore, as Saint Paul advises, hold fast to the good.
The days are significantly shortening. I shall light my small candle in honor of the supreme effort, the courage of newly reborn Russian citizens, and pray for all of the brave souls caught up in a struggle they never wanted to be part of but are. My prayer is this:
Create in us clean hearts, O Lord, and renew a right spirit in us all. Cast us not away from Thy presence; and take not Thy Holy Spirit from us.

OT: Hardware hacks (physical access) can’t really be defended against. Not even self-destroying circuits can be relied upon (DARPA has been working on improving those for a long time but even so).
As an example by chance I happen to have dedicated civilian electronics hardware that defeats industry encryption (RCA etc.) and I bought it simply for (future) fun (aka learning) because it was so incredibly cheap (I might spend more on cigarettes during a week or two). Complete set fits in a tiny red box slightly bigger than a chunky paperback (some out there will know exactly what I’m talking about).

I am puzzled by Josep Borell’s declaration, assuring that “Russian troops will be annihilated if Russia uses Nukes in Ukraine.
Annihilated and by not nuclear means.”
What does he mean exactly?
Something more terrible than Nuclear power? Like Chemical weapons? or Bacteriological weapons specially designed to kill slavs?
Is it bluff? Does he know something we do not know?
In any case, if I were Russia, I would consider preemptively nuking all known enemies. The most dangerous first.

Watch and see what the smart money does. The growth formula is easy: people need energy (food, housing, light, heat, cooking, refrigeration, water pumped in, sewage pumped out, transport, etc)
More energy = more people. More people = housing demand. Construction growth satisfies credit money demands.
Voila, the rats can smell opportunity a mile way. Watch what they do.
Even better, they want to live to play another day. See if US/Zato begins to slowly stand down as the financial scaffolding is removed and sent abroad to new homes.

South Korea is a US state I would presume. In war time the U.S. still controls the SK army,it has retained that right since 1954.
There was talk of the rights being returned this year but recent events have stalled the process

What is the source of this information about neoliberalization of Chinese real estate? Also curious as to its relevance to Ukraine Russia.

Next level trolling from the Russians:

The U.S. should set a price cap on U.S. LNG going to Europe, as American gas is being delivered to Europe at prices four times higher than the price for domestic consumption, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with Russian state television.
“We would advise our US partners to set a certain cap price for the resources they are supplying to Europe. This only pushes Europe toward energy poverty,” said the Russian official who represents the country at the OPEC+ meetings.

And yet, troll or no, the proposal is completely reasonable …

“Minister of Finance of Ukraine was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund”
when you think of how corrupt ukraine is, this appointment makes a lot of sense… not sure how long it is going to take for the ordinary westerner to wake up and realize how the imf, world bank, bis and etc. etc – all created via the bretton woods agreement to favour the usa – is now broken and in jeopardy of ts eventual ending…

If Strelkov is back on the front – great.
That’s where he needs to be, as his strategic and geopolitical capabilities are distinctly third rate.
And yes, experienced MOA people understand that you have zero credibility.

Antony 2069 – The Saker’s blog is about values, not about propaganda. DIOLCH. Thanks for summing it up with those words. Ardderchog. Excellent. I am a former Anglican priest (of the heretical Celtic variety), and although my spirituality has never been ‘orthodox’, my life would be so much poorer today without the influence of the Russian Orthodox ‘Sophia’ trinity, as I call them, in my life: Soloviev, Bulgakov and Florensky. For a few years, in my private chapel, I had the privilege of being custodian of/worshipping with, Fr Bulgakov’s (himself an unorthodox Russian Orthodox!) memorial ikonostasis. Needless to say, meeting Constantin Andronikof in Paris, was also a privilege in itself, as well as a real-live link with a unique Russian spiritual and theological tradition.

So this is why Poland is such an enthusiastic supporter of Ukraine…they’re getting paid real money for their old Soviet military gear.
EU Weapon Fund

For now, the EU has set aside about €2.5 billion from the facility to help cover members’ Ukraine donations. But the figure is still trailing far behind the incoming receipts, and EU countries are expected to announce a new tranche of funding soon.
…
With the €‎500 million pot, Brussels received €‎600 million in requests. That comes out to just under 85 percent.
But for the €‎1.5 billion pot, Brussels got about €3.3 billion, dropping the figure to around 45 percent. Poland was responsible for over half of the total.
Discussions on how to disburse the final €‎500 million have not formally started.

Retailers (and consumers) in many nations understand the “discount” game: just increase base prices first…

Ukrainian deputy prime minister Stefanyshyn has acknowledged NATO’s involvement in the Ukrainian conflict
She said that in her assessment, the special operation gives Russia “experience of actually fighting with the NATO army, which has already been trained according to NATO standards…, equipped with the latest NATO equipment”.

Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Olga Stefanishina acknowledged that the North Atlantic Alliance is involved in the Ukrainian conflict, saying that the Russian special operation gives the Russian Federation the experience of fighting “actually with the NATO army.”
“The more indecision the democratic world demonstrates… the stronger the Russian Federation becomes,” she said in an interview with Newsweek. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the special operation in Ukraine gives Russia “the experience of actually fighting with the NATO army, which has already been trained in accordance with NATO standards… equipped with the latest NATO technology.” “Believe me, their services accumulate information and data,” she added, urging Western politicians “not to be short-sighted.” The politician stressed that Ukraine will renounce peace if Russia “poses any military threat.” “>https://www.newsweek.com/ukraine-no-fly-zone-west-missile-strikes-russia-war-1751894

“I am puzzled by Josep Borell’s declaration, assuring that “Russian troops will be annihilated if Russia uses Nukes in Ukraine.
Annihilated and by not nuclear means.”
What does he mean exactly?”
A fullscale missile retaliation and the bringing of the NATO first tier weapons into the conflict, I would assume. NATOs conventional missile arm is capable of wiping out the whole SMO.

Many TG channels are reporting that Russia and Iran have concluded a new contract, this time for the supply of new Arash-2 bomber munitions, which have even more formidable tactical and technical characteristics than the well-established Geran-2 kamikaze drone.
Not much is known about this new weapon – there aren’t even any pictures of it online. However, there is information that it has higher speed, can carry a much larger warhead, and, accordingly, cause more destruction. It is also capable of automatic radar targeting. It is not ruled out that it can be produced at Russian factories.
It is worth mentioning that the mass use of the Geran-2 UAV, nicknamed “moped” for its distinctive engine sound, has become a huge problem for the Nazi regime due to its high efficiency and low cost. Thus, according to Ukrainian experts, the drone costs at least three times cheaper than MANPADS which, moreover, are not too effective against it (not to mention the missiles of such SAMs as “Buk” or “S-300”).
That is why the military minister of the Nazi regime Alexey Reznikov yesterday publicly lied on air that the Russian armed forces have only 300 Geraniums left and Iran is unlikely to sell any more (he preferred to ignore the fact that production of these UAVs is already underway in Russia). In such a straightforward way he hoped to raise the morale of Ukrainians. But he hardly succeeded in it.
Recall that similar tales have been told since March about the “Kalibers” that is “about to run out”. Incidentally, the Geranium-2s has been an excellent complement to the Kalibr cruise missiles, finding themselves in the same tactical niche as them.
