this is good news. It’s about time. Posted by: michaelj72 | Aug 8 2022 1:04 utc | 101 Here is an interview with Lindsey Snell conducted by Katie Halper and Aaron Mate
ishgal.com Posted by: uncle tungsten | Aug 8 2022 1:11 utc | 102 From GeromanAT re-tweets I have learned that war can be complicated. Posted by: Piotr Berman | Aug 8 2022 2:02 utc | 103 Here is an interview with Lindsey Snell conducted by Katie Halper and Aaron Mate Posted by: Piotr Berman | Aug 8 2022 2:06 utc | 104 @Piotr Berman, I definitely don’t buy that Russia is shelling the NPP but there’s no question that it’s using it a shield for troops and materiel. They really ought to declare a demil zone around the plant and let IAEA monitor/verify. And Ukraine ought to treat it as off limits no matter what Russia does. Russia’s insane assault back in March when they came in and blasted the hell out of an admin building with autocannons ricocheting all over the place was scary enough. Posted by: Piotr Berman | Aug 8 2022 5:00 utc | 111 Europe’s largest nuclear power plant shelled! (Again) Posted by: RKJoyce – Prophet | Aug 8 2022 5:20 utc | 112 Continuing dialogue with Yenvoda: Posted by: Piotr Berman | Aug 8 2022 5:26 utc | 113 Piotr Berman | Aug 8 2022 5:26 utc | 113 Posted by: rk | Aug 8 2022 5:39 utc | 114 Maybe Amnesty International should declare the Zaporizhzhya NPP a prisoner of conscience and bring international attention to bear on whoever has captured it. Posted by: uncle tungsten | Aug 8 2022 7:51 utc | 115 Antisemitism, you say? That’s your word, not mine. His parents had a country, because the USSR allowed that, otherwise, which Jew actually calls the country s/he lives as his/her own? Zelensky is playing being an Ukrainian, which he is not! Posted by: RB | Aug 8 2022 7:59 utc | 116 Millions of Jews claim many countries as their own, as well as Christians and Muslims. Posted by: rp | Aug 8 2022 9:53 utc | 117 Jesus Christ, now CBS News walk back on that critical documentary they aired on Ukraine the other day! Posted by: Zanon | Aug 8 2022 10:24 utc | 118
When interrogated by the FBI, Jewish spy Jonathan Pollard said that it was the government’s fault to trust Jews, since a Jew’s allegiance is strongest to his tribe, not the host country. Pollard sold out his country to Israel. (who, in turn sold the secrets to the USSR) Posted by: Stones50 | Aug 8 2022 11:38 utc | 119 @Piotr Berman, thanks for the reply. Of course, the US case for WMDs in Iraq was bogus, but it seems almost nihilistic to argue that because a dishonest interpretation of satellite imagery was put forward once, we should ignore any visual evidence going forward. The problem with Powell’s presentation to the UN is that it didn’t *directly* show what he was trying to prove: he showed photos of cargo trucks and then displayed a cutout illustration of the mobile lab components that were supposedly inside them, with no evidence to back up his key claim. Posted by: Yenwoda | Aug 8 2022 12:41 utc | 120 but it seems almost nihilistic to argue that because a dishonest interpretation of satellite imagery was put forward once, we should ignore any visual evidence going forward. Posted by: pretzelattack | Aug 8 2022 12:57 utc | 121 Posted by: Yenwoda | Aug 8 2022 12:41 utc | 120 Posted by: LuBa | Aug 8 2022 13:44 utc | 122 The US has been euphemistically bragging for decades that their spy satellites could “read a license plate from space”. And yet the “launcher, mobile chem lab” images Powell showed to the UN were fuzzier then the “live” TV video of the moon landings. It worked in a 4:3, pre-HD world, but the public is accustomed to 1080p or better images from their phones. Posted by: Old canadian | Aug 8 2022 14:04 utc | 123 For the armchair generals. Posted by: gary | Aug 8 2022 15:03 utc | 124 Deep in the weeds article on Kiev’s Tank brigades (pro-Kiev source). Interesting data point for those of us trying to keep a updated OOB for Kiev. I do not agree 100% with the article, but its still a interesting data point Posted by: Exile | Aug 8 2022 15:17 utc | 125 Yenwoda @ 120 Posted by: circumspect | Aug 8 2022 15:43 utc | 126 Zelensky just gave a speach about the plant and said “nobody can control the wind” sounded like he is threatening Russia with nuclear war. Posted by: OhhCanada | Aug 8 2022 16:10 utc | 127 from https://t.me/s/Slavyangrad Posted by: james | Aug 8 2022 17:29 utc | 128 => Posted by: james | Aug 8 2022 17:29 utc | 128 Posted by: RKJoyce – Prophet | Aug 8 2022 17:55 utc | 129 Wind maps of Ukraine show prevailing winds blowing from the north. In case of an accident at the NPP, Crimea would be in the direct path of any fallout. Posted by: circumspect | Aug 8 2022 22:48 utc | 135 @ rk | Aug 8 2022 20:15 utc | 131 Posted by: james | Aug 8 2022 23:01 utc | 136 The maximum spent of the Afghan war in a year was $15.3b and that was with thousands of US soldiers on the ground. The sheer scale of the theft going on is mindblowing. Posted by: the pessimist | Aug 8 2022 23:39 utc | 137 Just to mention: I have some problems when b, and not only him, are expressing doubts about the accuracy of the Russian MoD’s “clobber list”.
The day before’s summary reports 789 MLRS destroyed, so 2 more.
So, to summarize, Russian MoD reported 1 Uragan MLRS destroyed, and also a non specified >1 number of HIMARS, which may mean launcher(s) plus loading/restocking vehicles, so 2 additional MLRS would fit. Posted by: sln2002 | Aug 9 2022 0:13 utc | 140 @aquadraht, even patriotic people living in Russia don’t believe the “clobber list” unless they are unusually gullible. It is, like the Ukrainian version, a fantasy. I suggest you grow up and put aside childish things, and thinking. Posted by: Yenwoda | Aug 9 2022 0:34 utc | 141 @Yenwoda | Aug 9 2022 0:34 utc | 141 Posted by: aquadraht | Aug 9 2022 0:49 utc | 142 @ Yenwoda | Aug 9 2022 0:34 utc | 141 Posted by: james | Aug 9 2022 0:52 utc | 143 Sorry @aquadraht, I shouldn’t have tried to dispel the magic of childhood for you. The clobber list is real, Rybar has a well placed source leaking the true casualties, Russia is doing a lively trade in black market CAESARs and HIMARS and Santa Claus will be coming down the chimney in December, just like he always does <3 Posted by: Yenwoda | Aug 9 2022 1:16 utc | 144 aquadraht | Aug 8 2022 23:59 utc | 138 Posted by: Melaleuca | Aug 9 2022 1:27 utc | 145 @18 circumspect Posted by: HelenB | Aug 9 2022 1:52 utc | 146 Racist, greedy Zelensky want to ban russians now… Posted by: Zanon | Aug 9 2022 6:18 utc | 147 Zakharova never dissapoints
Posted by: Norwegian | Aug 9 2022 7:41 utc | 148 The deep state is about done playing with Zelensky. Posted by: too scents | Aug 9 2022 7:50 utc | 149 AGM-88 HARM missile. within hours of RF releasing pictures of a downed missile, usa defense secretary responded that usa had sent them for ukraine to use. funny thing is only usa /NATO aircraft can use them. they are integrated into battle sysytems and have a weapons rack only these planes can carry and use to fire. so very interesting usa got caught out so had to double down and a bigger lie. there was no mention of these in any list of supplied weapons . further proof perhaps of direct usa nato involvement. but we all know this . Posted by: hankster | Aug 9 2022 10:25 utc | 150 The recent War revelations are being walked back one by one the latest being CBS and the report only 30% of the arms sent to UA make it to the front. That must be the marker of truth. Just think Posted by: SwissArmyMan | Aug 9 2022 12:45 utc | 151 The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation about the explosions in the Crimea: Posted by: rk | Aug 9 2022 13:55 utc | 152 @enwoda | Aug 9 2022 1:16 utc | 144 Posted by: aquadraht | Aug 10 2022 0:09 utc | 153 I’ve read a few excellent stuff here. Certainly worth bookmarking for revisiting. Just think Posted by: Peter AU1 | Aug 10 2022 12:37 utc | 155 |
