@ Richard Steven Hack | Mar 7 2022 2:14 utc | 295… you beat me to it! Posted by: james | Mar 7 2022 2:19 utc | 301 Can Russia or “the west” afford to lose this battle – would either accept that outcome? Initially, I assumed the west knew it would lose, but it appears that they are instead escalating. They are becoming convinced that they cannot afford to lose. As far as EU, he was implying that EU is dependent on Russia therefore they’ll overlook what Russia does with Ukraine in the long run. Posted by: itslikethis | Mar 7 2022 3:56 utc | 324 From about September of 2002 till March of 2003 (about six months) I carried on an intense protest of the approaching Iraq War. I protested solo, and even in my extremely ‘liberal’ small U.S. city people were constantly putting up posters and yellow ribbons demanding the war all over the place, which I would constantly and persistently tear down. After Bush The Jr. got his war on I was all burnt out, and haven’t really protested much since then. Now its the US backing nazi’s in a shithole country and once again Russians are dying. I don’t have any time for cksuckers who come on and say both sides are lying. Now many Russians are dying try to separate normal slavs – military and civilian from US controlled nazi’s. On top of that the nazi heroes are holding many thousands of foreign nationals hostage. Posted by: AG | Mar 7 2022 7:04 utc | 351 Regarding bioweapons and the labs in Ukraine the actual labs might be explained as performing infectious disease work and the agents isolated from endemic infections. This comes under the “dual-use” clause of the Bioweapons Convention. Working with biothreat agents is not a crime IF it is being done to develop vaccines, therapeutics, diagnostics or to conduct endemicity/epidemiological work. I will say working in that exact field doing that exact work in similar labs that the majority of the work performed will be perfectly legal. But, what caught my eye several years ago was a contract by DTRA to collect and analyze ONLY Russian DNA samples. That can only be for nefarious purposes. The holy grail for a bioweapon is to have a genetically designed organism that only infects/kills a specific group of people and that work was pursued in South Africa and Israel previously without success. Posted by: Old Microbiologist | Mar 7 2022 7:05 utc | 352 Chemical weapons are bio weapons. Posted by: reante | Mar 7 2022 7:09 utc | 353 @digital dinosaur | Mar 7 2022 1:45 utc | 279
Exactly. The lady doth protest too much, methinks. Posted by: Norwegian | Mar 7 2022 7:15 utc | 354 uncle tungsten 294 Posted by: reante | Mar 7 2022 7:22 utc | 355 Maybe workers inside the labs can help if they are sympathetic but this may prove to be impossible. Posted by: too scents | Mar 7 2022 7:24 utc | 356 If I were to look deeply into these labs I would focus on work involving plant diseases such as wheat rust etc. Russia is a major wheat producer so very vulnerable to something like that. I will add that the people at DTRA get all excited thinking about Soviet Bioweapon strains and the belief (mostly because of Ken Alibekov’s insane and frankly unbelievable stories unless you work for the CIA) that they have all these weird and bizarre strains. They have been on an unending search for these mythical strains and fund ridiculous amounts of research looking for them. The host countries enjoy playing them along all the while getting never-ending funding and nice shiny new labs to perform the real work which is epidemiological surveillance which they have been doing for over 100 years now and still conduct this work as usual. Better if you can get some gullible country like the US to pay for it. They believe any fantastic story when it comes to Russians. It is comical to watch. I consider my automobile to operate using hydrogen power already. The hydrogen is stored in molecular form as a liquid. To release the energy, the hydrogen bonds are broken and it is oxidized into water vapor. The liquid hydrocarbon storage technology is very energy dense and safe.
Yes. The Tesla Model S has a stated 1,200# / 544kg battery pack. The new Hummer EV has a battery pack that should weigh around 3,200# / 1451kg based on its capacity. Posted by: Peter AU1 | Mar 7 2022 7:34 utc | 360 I will add that Alibek himself played the US government to the tune of many millions to fund his nutty work all of which ended in failure. He is a supreme con artist. The last I heard he was working in Ukraine so it is easy to connect the dots. If I am right then he once again played the US well and made many more millions in the process laughing all the way to the bank. Ukraine has been a gravy train for the US elite for a long time now. Posted by: Bruno | Mar 7 2022 9:43 utc | 388 europe’s gas prices are gonna get so high they won’t be able to function anymore. wwiii prolly coming soon. let’s keep the nuclear strikes limited, folks. Posted by: line islands | Mar 7 2022 9:50 utc | 389 Given that this is basically May/June 1914 right now, it occurs to me that it will only take one well time assassination to blow this whole thing right open. If Zelensky makes even the slightest move towards peace with Russia, one of his Nazi entourage will blow his brains out and claim it was ‘the Russians’. From that point onwards, calls for a ‘no’ Fly Zone will become overwhelming. It’s never made entirely clearly what nationality the pilots will be for this invasion of the Ukraine (as will be what actually happens, the phrase ‘no fly zone’ being used, as with Libya, as verbal camouflage for invasion and regime change). But it’s likely that at least some of them may/might be American. Posted by: Hidari | Mar 7 2022 10:00 utc | 390 About bioweapons. Posted by: Armageddon | Mar 7 2022 10:09 utc | 391 Better we all die than Ukraine exists as a neutral country, I guess. Posted by: WJ | Mar 7 2022 10:10 utc | 392 CF also Syria. It seems quite likely that over the next few weeks there will be a ‘false flag’ either a ‘massacre’ (like Srebrenica) or a ‘chemical’ or ‘biological’ attack, like the ones that (allegedly) the Syrians carried out while defending their country from the Western invasion. Again, this will be used to justify a NATO (i.e. American) invasion of the Ukraine, the overthrow of the Zelensky regime, and its replacement with a hard right, ethnonationalist replacement, wholly controlled and run by the Americans (sorry, ‘Nato’). From that point on, we will be months, or possibly weeks from nuclear war. They stop as they see other cars stopped with doors open and bodies about. This is why as the official Russian spokeswoman said – only 17 people so far have escaped Mariupol, the man makes it but his wife didn’t: https://t.me/intelslava/21396 Murdered by the Azov battalion. Captured member of a Nazi battalion, don’t know if it is Azov or one of the others: https://t.me/intelslava/21610 Posted by: PJB | Mar 7 2022 10:29 utc | 396 Slightly OT, but he did make direct statements about China’s position on the Ukraine conflict and Russia.

Only if you’re half blind and tone deaf. Posted by: Arch Bungle | Mar 7 2022 10:40 utc | 398 All it takes is for the US to ‘recognise’ Taiwan as an ‘independent state’ and push for its entry into the UN as a ‘sovereign state’ and the Chinese will be forced to take action. This will result in an American slow moving invasion of Taiwan (or ‘support’ as it will be known in the West) which will again result in WW3. And the Biden regime will do this if it becomes necessary to ensure US hegemony, i.e. if its slow moving invasion of the Ukraine goes badly.
