The MoA Week In Review – OT 2022-001

Last week's posts at Moon of Alabama:

Other issues:

Covid-19 – Good news:

As expected vaccinated people have a good T-cell response when infected with Omicron. This was my argument against boosters in otherwise healthy people when I wrote:  Why You Should Get Vaccinated But Don't Need A Third Shot

In Omicron Update I mentioned signs that Omicron is probably less severe because it does not infect the lungs. New research confirms that thesis.

Covid-19 – Bad news:

John Nkengasong @JNkengasong – 1:34 UTC · Jan 1, 2022
Two years,<100 cases of the virus that causes the Covid-19 were reported globally. Today, 280M people have been infected with 5.4M deaths. Major lessons: we are more #connected, more #vulnerable, and more #inequalities than we thought! Let’s act more collectively in 2022!

Syria:

Economy:

On the cause and the best response:

When demand is sufficiently indebted, the economy gets stuck in a debt-driven liquidity trap, or debt trap. Escaping a debt trap requires consideration of less conventional macroeconomic policies, such as those focused on redistribution or those reducing the structural sources of high inequality.

As I see it, nobody here can post long comments for much time except karlof, at the risk of being banned.
Karlof comments have always a sense which benefits Russia and China currently following the globalist agenda, by imposing the Covid Pass and WHO directives on restrictions, and who were honored guests at Davos.
Paco, speaks Russian, which could imply he could be a government lurker, but not precisely from the Spanish government, as Black Bread suspected, but from the Russian embassy in Spain, which is not the same.
Black Bread has been probably the only commenter here who expressed doubts and suspicions about the current Kremlin administration related their compliance with the Covid dictatorial measures imposeds world wide.
Finally, apart from posting way too much comments and long ones with multiple links, Black Bread posted a link to a video which looked very well researched on the links between the royals, concretely the black nobility, the Vatican, the banking and financial system, and the mafia work wide.
I recall some people over there linking the project of Trump to the black nobility, and also recall how much Trump was supported in this blog.
I guess I will be banned now too, for pointing this out.

Lots to catch up on. There’s a small but very important point made by Lavrov in his New Years Eve interview with Rossiya Segodnya as to who ought to participate in the negotiations:
“It is fundamentally important to us to have high-ranking military personnel from the United States and from the countries in the alliance participate in them.” [My Emphasis]
And why would that be an important consideration? Well, Martyanov would say its because the fucking politicians don’t know shit about the military reality since they believe their own propaganda about Western invincibility when the opposite is the reality. Given today’s Joint Statement from the UNSC-5 nations, that reality has again reared its head.

Heather @209–
Interesting critique. Clearly you’ve missed a great many of my comments during my many years of participation on this board. As for MoA generally being a supporter of Trump, you’re greatly mistaken in that regard. And you’d be just as mistaken if you thought MoA was generally supportive of Clinton.

@karlof ,
Could you explain how Pepe Escobar, allegedly opposing Covid Pass and measures, manages to travel to current dictatorial Italy, under Dragui, and, moreover, have his aperitive in a restaurant?
We know that relevant journalists, as it is the case of employees and heads of the Big Pharma, regulatory agencies, and every parliament member, are exempt from the mandatory vaccines and restrictions, the same that happens with the security services, BTW.

No surprises here, the MSM is now totally wall to wall in information and narrative control. In my youth I worked for both Reuters and Thomson Publications as well as other MSM outlets, in a very junior capacity. I found it interesting.
This work experience enabled me to notice the glaring inconsistency and outright lies between news in and ‘news’ out, particularly regarding events in the Middle East. I wondered why?
I did my own research and my views changed diametrically.
We all develop our own biases. Now my biases and views would preclude any employment in any ‘western’ MSM. Let’s keep the bar open for healthy exchanging of views and dissent.

“The leader of a French leftist party and presidential hopeful has called for the country to pull out of the NATO alliance, revealing that he regards Russia as a partner for Paris rather than an adversary.
“The leader of the leftist La France Insoumise (France Unbowed) party, Jean-Luc Melenchon, shared his insights on the new Cold War and France’s place in it during a major interview with France Inter radio on Monday. Melenchon further elaborated on the points he made during the interview in a long Twitter thread.” [Link at Original]
Now that’s a surprise. In the last election, Melenchon won @20% of the first round vote, which wasn’t enough to get him into the second round. The 2022 situation is quite different, and it will be curious to see how the French polity great his words.

Good news. I guess there are some reasonably precise polls that elaborate on that attitude. Melanchon also rides on a wave of seriously disenchanted Macron voters who regret their voting experiment.
I discovered a few statistical views but I don’t vouch for any:

@102 jayc
Thank you for the link to the Jefferson Morley piece on Stone’s recent review of the JFK murder:
JFK Revisited: Oliver Stone and the New JFK Fact Pattern
It’s an interesting riff on the theme of, “what do we know now that we didn’t know then?” – the time in question being Stone’s original movie “JFK”.
I feel like we are being fed scraps each decade of the whole picture, and indeed as many have suggested, those with an existential partnership with that event will all be dead and gone before most of the documents will be declassified (and still not tell the whole story, of course).
And what do the latest scraps tell us? As Morley makes clear, it’s the dog that doesn’t bark in the night.
[As an aside, bless Conan Doyle and his Holmes for that observation. How many countless times has it been useful in forensic analysis of past events?]
The dog that doesn’t bark is the media. With the latest release of documents, and Oliver Stone’s five years of unpaid work to put this retrospective together, there is media silence. No one cares about the JFK murder. Or to put it more appropriately – as Morley does – no media hack is going to support Stone against the obvious career path of supporting the CIA and the establishment in general.
~~
I recall an observation that I think was made by Paul Craig Roberts. It could have been about 9/11 or the JFK murder, but either one would serve to say the same about the other. This is that, what’s important is that the secrecy of those events has been maintained to this day, and is still being maintained – which shows quite clearly that the same vested interests are alive today and holding a significant amount of power.
~~
I clicked on Morley’s bibliography of articles over at Counterpunch, and came across a very short piece he wrote when Bob Dylan released his “Murder Most Foul” song. I remember the dismay here at MoA from many commenters who were shocked that I posted a Dylan thing. They were stunned that I didn’t know that Dylan was all kinds of this and that, and they never gave a moment’s thought to the actual song, which was what I posted.
It was the clearest case of “shoot the messenger” (i.e. Dylan) rather than encounter the message, that I think I’ve ever seen.
In memory of that moment, and in wistful memory of an America that might have been, and was destroyed, completely, in 1963, here are two more links.
Here’s the Dylan song:
Bob Dylan – Murder Most Foul (Official Audio)
And here’s Morley’s piquant observation of the squeamishness of this great nation’s Fourth Estate [/sarc] in going anywhere near such a message:
Dylan Does Have a Lot on His Mind, But the NYT Didn’t Want to Talk About It
~~
After the murder, we inverted, as a nation, even despite the attempt at change in the sixties.
Finally now, by 2021, we can see clearly that everything the media serves is the opposite of the truth, or a distraction from the truth, or simply a revulsion from the truth. All of these things are training the young people of today (in whom I have great faith) how to pursue the truth.

That paragraph reminded me of a certain CIA/Pentagon event. The details of the event, when you list them out, are all about hiding/obscuring evidence. Yet the general public, shepherded by the news media, ignored the list and danced in the streets like it was a party and then gorged themselves on movies and popcorn, books, and hero worship.
The list:
1) The body of so-called “Bin Laden” was immediately thrown overboard mafia-style to the bottom of the ocean.
Before we got to even see it.
2) Photos of the body were ordered destroyed or turned over to the CIA, out of reach of FOIA requests.
3) The helmet cameras were at first heralded! Hurrah !!, everyone said. But then we were told, “they never existed”.
4) The witnesses, the Seals, were ordered silent forever. No witnesses. Forever.
5) The DNA was handled by the CIA itself.
A sanitation operation, yet interpreted as…well…whatever we were told it was.

Below is a link to the latest from Wall Street on Parade
There’s a News Blackout on the Fed’s Naming of the Banks that Got Its Emergency Repo Loans; Some Journalists Appear to Be Under Gag Orders
Think about the fact that the public was made aware of the bailouts in 2008 and have been kept in the dark since September of 2019 about the latest run of bailouts.
The fact that what bailouts have been reported by the Fed are not being reported by the MSM is further support for calling the US a banana Republic of the global God of Mammon cult.
The shit show continues until it doesn’t and it is smellier by the day. At some point the cumulative smell of the stench should gag the masses into some sort of action. Who knows what the outcome will be.

I have been an advocate of space exploration since my youth and was angry to see exploration stalled in exchange for more wars and MIC spending.
I am happy to see China and Russia working together in space exploration as the posting from Xinhuanet below shows
”
BEIJING, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) — China has approved the fourth phase of its lunar exploration program, including a basic model of a research station built on the moon over the coming decade, according to the China National Space Administration.
Wu Yanhua, deputy director of the administration, said China would carry out lunar exploration in the future Chang’e-6, Chang’e-7 and Chang’e-8 missions.
As planned, Chang’e-7 probe will be launched to the south pole of the moon first. Since Chang’e-6 is a backup of Chang’e-5 sample-return mission, it will be launched after Chang’e-7 to bring back samples on the lunar south pole. Chang’e-6 mission will be followed by Chang’e-8, a step toward building a model of a lunar scientific research station.
“We also prepare to work with Russia to build the basic model of the lunar research station,” Wu said in a recent interview. “The construction of the station will lay a solid foundation for us to better explore the lunar environment and resources, including how to use and develop lunar resources peacefully.”
The Chang’e-5 probe was launched in 2020, having retrieved a total of 1,731 grams of lunar samples. China is currently operating Chang’e-4 lander and the Yutu 2 rover on the far side of the moon. They made the first-ever soft landing on the Von Karman Crater in the South Pole-Aitken Basin on the lunar far side in 2019.
”
My hope is that empire dies its ignoble death before dragging humanity into space wars with other nations…..for profit

I’m rather of the same opinion as Mr. Cleary on the matter of blog house-keeping, though I wouldn’t express it quite as forcefully as he does. Still, thanks to him for stating the opinion. We who are visitors can ignore posters we don’t agree with but we are just that, visitors. We are not the masters here. Which doesn’t mean we can’t contribute, and b was very kind to thank us all in his New Year’s post.
Perhaps I feel this way because I live on pueblo land. I don’t own it; the tribe does. And often they issue restrictions, especially with the virus in mind, that remind us we are guests and we ought to be as careful of the land we occupy as are its traditional holders. I rather like this; and it’s also what I like about painting icons – the boundaries are there – you can’t make of the art form what you ideologically might wish it to be because it works best the way it is, and there are better ways to be creative within its parameters than would be present if there were no boundaries.
We do best for this blog when we contribute creatively. That’s the bottom line.

I have been mulling over the joint statement by the permanent member of the UNSC and have an observation.
My observation is that this statement would not have been made at the initiation of the US and so, IMO, represents a significant change of global leadership and direction.
I know that there are lots of holes and unsaid things about the statement but its existence speaks volumes to me about the underlying change of global political momentum that made this statement possible.
Words are the first step towards taking concrete actions which we have yet to see….but the words are promising.
Will there be a bloodletting stage in the decline of empire? Of course we hope not, but I don’t see empire standing down without some show of overwhelming force and that may include fatalities.
We live in interesting times indeed.

librul and others commenting on the Counterpunch piece – I actually was a bit disappointed in it. Not because I disagreed with the additions to the record of President Kennedy’s assassination, but because I clearly remember a lot of what was being ‘newly’ revealed was under discussion both in the press and among citizens immediately after the terrible event. I remember how even the Soviet Union wanted nothing to do with its ownership. Indeed much of a chaos beginning then in public affairs was very publicly reported and discussed – because it was such a horror. We had more freedom then, many questions, and there was plenty of disbelief.
There is no resolution. I’m sure Iranians have a similar feeling about the loss of their heroic figure, the Iraqis as well. I remember a phrase a few years back from a Putin speech, the question “Do you know what you have done?” We could have asked it in 1963 of whomever caused that horror. It’s a terrible thing to lose a leader whom the youth of the country admire and emulate.
Thanks to karlof1 for reporting the joint statement at the UN. We need more of this.

Let me tell you that reading let us say “Dead Souls” or listening to Vladimir Vysotsky sing are worth the effort. Somehow you sound like the northern Norwegian guy who complains about links in foreign languages, that coming from a multilingual guy since I assume he speaks Norwegian, please, do not diminish your means of communication no matter how limited they are.
I never commented positively or negatively on VK’s banning since I’m not the owner of this bar, and I have to say I miss him since his posts were informative, but I do feel entitled to comment on a very confused or devious participant that claimed to be communist while promoting QAnon madness and the first Spanish to write a book about The Holocaust -nice to be in good terms with that lobby-, now living in the USA a fugitive of Spanish justice and writer of panegyrics about our mediocre dictator. About Shukshina, do a search, and better yet, do a search about her father a great artist whose memory is being put on the line to defend crazy theories.
On another note, Murder Most Foul added a few pieces to my USA puzzle, like Patsy Cline’s music, I even saw the film about her life after listening to Dylan’s song. Yes, Oliver Stone is one great USsian, I wish there would be a lot more like him.

Jan 3 (Reuters) – A federal judge on Monday barred the U.S. Department of Defense from punishing a group of Navy SEALs and other special forces members who refused COVID-19 vaccines on religious grounds.
U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor, acting in response to a lawsuit filed on behalf of 35 special forces service members, issued a preliminary injunction blocking the Navy and Defense Department from enforcing the mandate.

I have written before and will repeat that Covid could well be the downfall of empire because the lies are real hard to keep covered up.
Are they going to kill Joe Rogan? I don’t see him stopping the battle any time soon and he is winning from my viewpoint and its only a matter of time.
Empire has all these plates of lies spinning precariously in support of their perfidy and once one goes over the tipping point of sustained coverup, the lies supporting the rest of the plates will die ugly deaths in public.
What will be interesting to see is if there will be any Nuremberg trials/prosecutions for the human suffering the God of Mammon cult has forced mankind to endure for the past centuries.
Let the tipping point of empire lies be overwhelmed soon and the cascade of effects be karmic/just.

No, My Comment Hasn’t been posted. Seems the software doesn’t like the links to the papers I cited in my note to Norwegian about China’s fusion program. Let’s see if this link is allowed, which is a PDF of China’s current plan.

Until it is shown in practice that China or anyone else is able to extract energy from fusion reactors at all, let alone in an economical and ‘sustainable’ way, this just adds to the endless stream of promises we have seen for at least half a century.
Don’t get me wrong, I would be happy to see the lofty dreams become reality, and if anyone could do it I guess it would be China, but the document you linked looks like someone’s school project.

countries, all the loss of life and injury of American soldiers, all the dollar cost…Nothing to show for it.
The *tenth anniversary* of 11 September was four months away.
Congress was working on their “CIA does torture report” due out shortly after 11 September.
The CIA had recently been caught spying on Congress while they prepared that report.
The CIA was in the middle of a court battle with the ACLU. The CIA had destroyed torture audio tapes
against the orders of a judge. The ACLU wanted the CIA punished.
The raid on Abbottabad was early May 2011. The judge made his final judgement in August 2011.
Right after the raid Dick Cheney and many others were extolling torture, saying that we had only
been able to get Bin Laden at Abbottabad thanks to the use of torture.
After the raid a billion words of celebration were spoken and written, movies were on the way.
The judge in his final judgement let the CIA off the hook saying, “we need our spies”.
The judge sanctioned the CIA making them cover the ACLU court costs and he thanked the ACLU for
bringing this matter before the court. But he let the CIA off the hook for disobeying a judges orders
and destroying torture tapes. “We need our spies”.
1) The *tenth anniversary* of 11 September was four months away.
2) Congress was working on their “CIA does torture report”
3) The CIA had recently been caught spying on Congress while they prepared that report.
4) The CIA was in the middle of a court battle over destroying torture tapes
With a grand splash – the killing of Bin Laden – all the above became back back back page news.
5) Obama and the Democrats now owed the CIA. The Democratic Party had gone from being security wimps
to “the party that had gotten Bin Laden”.

“Conspiracy Theorist” in my opinion is a term that strikes a very strong psychological chord.
Everyone wants to be accepted. People congregate into identity groups.
“Conspiracy Theorist” is translated psychologically to “outsider”.
Similar to other terms such as “self-loathing Jew”.
These words are used to cast people out and make them appear as unclean outsiders.
People generally don’t congregate with unclean outsiders, don’t want to be unclean outsiders.

The Queen knighting a war criminal says something about that woman too…
Posted by: Norwegian | Jan 3 2022 16:40 utc | 153

Exactly. Companions in crime. A better approach might be (a) a petition that if Blair retains his knighthood, all members of the order be legally deemed companions in crime and hence warcriminals and be taken to the ICC as such; or (b) a petition that if Blair retains his knighthood, the UK monarchy be deemed unworthy of their status and brought into disrepute, and be dissolved.
In both cases, an advantage is that Parliament cannot claim it has no jurisdiction.

Another term that strikes a very strong psychological chord, and translates psychologycally as outsider is qualifying someone as fascist with no base whatsoever.
Through the whole pandemic, people allegedly representing the left did not rise a voice against clearly fascistic measures, like our fellow Paco, and even contributed very dedicately to criminalize and condemn a part of society amongst whom there are
of everything, people from the left, right, apolilitic even..
There is obviously a line between before and after all this pandemic, the ideological lines got blurred, as people of all parties convened in stepping over the people’s rights.
Only isolated individuals stepped in to denounce this outrage, amongst them some honorable people from the right, less of them from the left, at least from those renowned.
This is why talking now about ideologies has no sense, as the whole political spectrum proved to be in accordance to crush and plunder the people’s of the world.
That some remain so much dogmatic as always before the pandemic, oa if nothing huge would had happened, should inform the genuine honest reader about their real nature or procedence.
That this unleashing dictatorship is the worst humanity has seen so far is evident, and no other thing Black Bread intended to mean, which then was distorted by Paco so that to make noise achieving nobody would pay attention to that commenter.
The sudden andcagresdive way he alluded the commenter just making his points here is for me very telling with regard what was his real intention, provoke a fight so that the other was banned. It was ver strange that Paco was not warned by b regarding that gross attack on a commenter without mediating provocation by the other. What leads to me to think Paco could be also staff here, it is very strident the agreement between a few here who simply lurk, do not comment any significant ever, and then appear waving the banning of others who contribute a lot, this is a pattern here.
I, for one, do not recall any memorable comment by this Paco guy, while I will never forget the frontal attack on Black Bread for nothing, simply for making his point, as they do all here.

What kind of vegetable soup is the most effective against Omicron? Minestrone, cream & mushroom, or perhaps onion soup?
Common, share with us the recipe for the Omicron Killer Vegetable Soup!
Posted by: hopehely | Jan 3 2022 16:44 utc | 154

Definitely the best vegetable (or more correctly herbal) Omicron killer soup would be a mixture of leaves of Andrographis paniculata, Phyllanthus amarus (whole plant), and liquorice root. As a soup it would be rather bitter though! Definitely an acquired taste (the liquorice root is a redeeming feature though). Stops covid dead in its tracks. For even stronger and faster effect, add a little Ocimum sanctum (Holy Basil or Tulsi) and Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha).

Posted by: BM | Jan 4 2022 16:10 utc | 253

Wild speculation about omicron follows:
Many people accept that SARS-CoV-2 is shoddy chimera virus slapped together by Fauci’s gang and, possibly without Fauci’s approval, used by the CIA as a bioweapon against China in order to prevent China from winning the trade war that the US started. This doesn’t even seem very controversial anymore. The wild speculation is about the omicron variant.
Now imagine yourself in a country that was attacked with a bioweapon, but you are your countrymen (and countrywomen) succeeded in halting the spread of the infection within your country. Next imagine that unfortunately the virus is raging largely unrestrained around the world outside your borders. You’ve defeated the virus in your homeland, but now are made prisoners by your very success as you cannot leave for business or vacation lest you contract the deadly virus. The vaccines created and used by most countries in the world are crappy and do little to control the spread of the virus, so now the virus is endemic everywhere outside your borders.
What to do?
Well, you do happen to have some kick-ass domestic bioengineering talent, but even if you create the best vaccine ever it will get very little traction abroad because so many people are being stupid and nationalistic about vaccines. So why not create a self-propagating and self-administering “vaccine”? That is, a copy of SARS-CoV-2 that has its most lethal “features” disabled, but with its transmissibility tuned up to out-compete the original?
With such a “vaccine” in hand, you release it far from your borders and sit back and wait for the pandemic to burn itself out.
The difference between the omicron variant and the original SARS-CoV-2 is nowhere near as great as the difference between SARS-CoV-2 and the closest naturally evolved coronavirus, but that difference is still suspiciously large and improbable, even in an environment where the virus is being force-evolved by bad vaccines. The wild speculation here is that the omicron variant was created by “white hat” bioengineers to contain the damage caused by the incompetent “black hat” spooks.
Naturally, there is no evidence for this scenario that I have found other than how suspiciously convenient the omicron variant seems to be, and how many very convenient mutations were necessary to make omicron what it is. Furthermore, this scenario is definitely one that I would consider were I a Chinese bioengineer with the means to make it happen.

The fundamental problem with your view, James – and it surfaces regularly for example your dismissive complaints about covid-19 posts (as though the issues were irrelevant to everybody) – is that when valid criticism is blocked when that criticism is worthy, open debate is killed at a stroke. When open debate is killed, the slippery slope to unrestricted control by the elites of all human beings at their sole pleasure (global slavery) is more thoroughly lubricated. Is that what you want?

Glad to know I am not the only person with a wild speculative imagination. The only difference with my flight of fancy which arose some weeks ago is that I do not see the “white hats” as coming from only one nationality; nor even necessarily from human actions alone. Codependent origination involves more than what humans can comprehend.
This is an enormous risk due to the huge number of mutations which occurs with mass infection but there is little option to that other than to bioengineer solutions as they are needed since ‘the west’ will not care for its people if it obstructs the functioning of its (declining) institutional systems. It is as though the people are seen as disposable if not usable.

Posted by: Suzan | Jan 4 2022 17:15 utc | 262

Look through the data yourself. Can you find a patch number that does not end in 20A or 21A? No. For example batch 004M20A (1793 reports) is also registered as 004M204 (12), 004m2014 (3), 004M208 (2), 004m201a (2), 004M0A (1), 004M209 (1), 004M2077 (1), 004M2019 (1), 004M201 (1), 004M200A (1), 004M20 H (1), 004M20! (1), 004M2 (1), 004M20A/004M204 (1), 004M20A and 13 (1), 004M20I (1), and some ten other variations. None of these random variations constitutes a valid batch number.
Posted by: Petri Krohn | Jan 3 2022 19:31 utc | 180

The examples that you cite imply that precisely those batch numbers that appear to be the most toxic are even more so than would appear to be case without looking more closely at the data, and conversely, the less toxic batches are even fewer – i.e. further supporting the arguments of Paardekooper.
In an earlier post a fortnight or so ago I suggested creating an open source sql database from the VAERS data, by means of which anyone could – reproducably – make much more powerful interrogations of the data rather easily. Have you tried doing that? Watching some video proves nothing. If you download that data from VAERS for yourself and convert it to sql, the SQL commands you use to do so can equally be used by anyone else to reproduce whatever you might find.

Consciously or unconsciously?
Psychopathy is a spectrum, some are total psychopaths
others may be more tame.
Psychopaths are known to lie habitually, they will lie
even when it is in their own interest to tell the truth.
Isn’t that curious, why would they do this?, you ask.
As you already know, psychopaths have a need to control people.
If they are reporting or telling the truth about a situation
they are speaking of something that is external to both themselves and you.
They are not controlling you, the external objective facts are.
But lies they tell emanate from themselves. They choose the lie, they own the lie,
the lie exists only within themselves. They created or added to that reality.
They, the psychopath, are controlling you and not some objective, factual reality.
The lie is manna to the psychopath.

The regulars certainly remember when Debs got pissed over the criticism on one of his comments that b promoted to a post, stopped commenting for a long while and then come back under another nick, which right now I don’t recall, and later returned as himself – his style is unique as is is choice of words, I don’t remember anyone else using whitefellas.
The thing with Black bread is that he seemed to get more unstable in each of his new appearances – Sasha was mostly passable, Schmatz was borderline and Black bread lost in conspiracies.

Thank you for that perspective. It turned dark to light for me.
I was aware of how this Omicron seems completely artificial, since its ancestry stops at a point in the evolution of the virus at least a year ago. The Dark Horse people recalled that there has been an acknowledged lab leak of a flu virus, some decades ago, in a strain that looked like it was from many decades earlier. Of course, samples of all these events are saved in archives. Apparently it was acknowledged as a leak from a lab.
So the principle is well known, and in more innocent days was even acknowledged, probably as a light-interest news story. Omicron fits that scenario exactly.
~~
But I was also aware of what we increasingly know more about, which is the financial collapse that the Fed had to stave off in late 2019, issuing trillions of new Dollars into the global economy.
How then (runs the speculative scenario), would the masters stop the potential tsunami of hyper inflation flowing from this massive liquidity injection?
Shutting the economy down would bring the velocity of money to a halt – and you don’t experience much price discovery in markets when no one is buying or selling. And so it happened. Now, perhaps, they let the brake off a bit, knowing (or at least believing) that they have a tool to moderate the economies again as needed. Let that inflation tax bite more slowly, more at the speed of boiling frogs – blame the virus, blame the supply chain, blame everything else – but at least it’s not a hyper inflation, because that would produce a political instability that they might not be able to manage.
~~
My thought was: if you turned ON a pandemic for a financial purpose, and then that purpose was for the moment done, perhaps you would then turn the pandemic OFF. And then all your stakeholders could sit back for a year or so and study what had been learned about controlling populations and financial flows.
So I considered that the white hat might be the same as the black hat, the OFF side of the ON switch.
But it had not occurred to me that people who actually cared about things might have done that. And that is a wonderful thought.
Many thanks again.

It still seems a tag too far fetch for me though, as I don’t credit the Empire puppeteers with the kind of sophistication to pull off deep strategies and manipulations as you have speculated, or William Gruff’s surmise that China may be behind the development of a limping-dick version of SARS-CoV-2 to overwhelm the lethal ones. I mean, there is this risk of uncertainties that things may not evolve as one plans and when the intended outcome doesn’t come about, the puppeteers may be facing a consequence direr than even they can fathom. Same goes for China’s hope of fending off intruded viral waves if their LD virus fails to dominate the playing field. Naturally, my doubts are just based on my common sense; I could be naive and wrong :-).
I am hoping, however, that what is recently being propagated on MSM to be true, that a less lethal variant of COVID (Omicron) may well infect enough people such that, instead of causing wide spread deaths, it stimulates communal antibody that leads to herd immunity everywhere. Being a Buddhism minded person as you (ie, non-Christian), I am not crossing my fingers but patiently sitting on my butt and taking my samadhi trip.

Money. this is probably what is going on under the surface. With strict media blackout.
They even have a name for it “Federal incest”. Basically the three biggest Banks are those who get the trillion dollar bailouts from the fed, and ARE the owners of the Fed that gives out the bailouts at the same time. There is more about other insider “incest” and payoffs (Yellen et al).
The pigs own the trough they get fed from?
This is the second post, after the revelations that came with the the first one. At least I hope so as I cannot re-open my own link anymore. Screwed? I hope you have better luck.
https://wallstreetonparade.com/2022/01/theres-a-news-blackout-on-the-feds-naming-of-the-banks-that-got-its-emergency-repo-loans-some-journalists-appear-to-be-under-gag-orders/
Quote from the first article of the paragraphs that started the panic, and show up the core of the rotten kingdom. My emphasis
“Theories abound as to why this current story is off limits to the media. One theory goes like this: the Fed has made headlines around the world in recent months over its own trading scandal – the worst in its history. Granular details of just how deep this Fed trading scandal goes have also been withheld from the public as well as members of Congress. If the media were now to focus on yet another scandal at the Fed – such as it bailing out the banks in 2019 because of their own hubris once again – there might be legislation introduced in Congress to strip the Fed of its supervisory role over the megabanks and a restoration of the Glass-Steagall Act to separate the federally-insured commercial banks from the trading casinos on Wall Street.
Why might such an outcome be a problem for media outlets in New York City? Three of the serially charged banks (JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup) are actually owners of the New York Fed – the regional Fed bank that played the major role in doling out the bailout money in 2008, and again in 2019. The New York Fed and its unlimited ability to electronically print money, are a boon to the New York City economy, which is a boon to advertising revenue at the big New York City-based media outlets.”

A producer at Canada’s national public broadcaster since 2013 quits in protest.
https://tarahenley.substack.com/p/speaking-freely?fbclid=IwAR0XzYU3QnRt6jzvKZeHmB4giwTrUAKF2p64iXUbDlE1YbsI51uHDopJGio“ rel=”nofollow”> Why I resigned from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
“To work at the CBC in the current climate is to embrace cognitive dissonance and to abandon journalistic integrity.
It is to sign on, enthusiastically, to a radical political agenda that originated on Ivy League campuses in the United States and spread through American social media platforms that monetize outrage and stoke societal divisions. It is to pretend that the “woke” worldview is near universal — even if it is far from popular with those you know, and speak to, and interview, and read.
To work at the CBC now is to accept the idea that race is the most significant thing about a person, and that some races are more relevant to the public conversation than others. It is, in my newsroom, to fill out racial profile forms for every guest you book; to actively book more people of some races and less of others.
To work at the CBC is to submit to job interviews that are not about qualifications or experience — but instead demand the parroting of orthodoxies, the demonstration of fealty to dogma.
It is to become less adversarial to government and corporations and more hostile to ordinary people with ideas that Twitter doesn’t like.”

Just thinking out loud.
What if the original Covid was an intentional act
dressed up as an accident, while Omnicron is a true accident. That is,
Omnicron was created in a lab and was scheduled to be released later,
for the purpose of winding down the pandemic at just the right time.
But something went wrong…oh, shit…
and Omnicron was released well ahead of schedule.
Is there a way to restart the pandemic? Would it require a virus outside
of the SARS family?

I was reading a man a few days ago, from Sud Afrique I believe, said to be an epidemiologist, and he was of the opinion that Omicron is less fatal because most people have now seen one or another strain before, and the susceptible have already been thinned out. And that makes sense to me, we are going into year three, and it’s been all over the planet now, thanks to air travel. In other words, there is a large “hidden” population that has already had it and recovered without being recorded, and are now resistant if not immune. That would be especially so among the “essential workers”.
Of course it might still “innovate” into something worse too.

@293 Oriental Voice | Jan 4 2022 20:35 utc – “seems a tag too far fetch for me though, as I don’t credit the Empire puppeteers with the kind of sophistication to pull off…”
Let me add some collateral. I was speaking in shorthand because we’ve discussed this at greater length previously. But here are some pillars of the concept.
Here are two main theses about the pandemic as a banker’s tool:
The Right Virus At The Right Time – Andrea Cecchi – [May 17, 2020] – 15 minute read
and
A Self-Fulfilling Prophecy: Systemic Collapse and Pandemic Simulation – Fabio Vighi [about September 2021]
This second piece is a much longer read but in my view is the magisterial commentary on the concept
~~
So we have the material basis for this well established in the realm of broken finance. We all saw the Repo situation in late 2019, and no one could quite guess who was insolvent. We now know, from last week’s release reported in wallstreetonprarde – linked in this very thread several times – that the banks that own the NY Fed were the recipients of trillions in liquidity.
The concept that vast liquidity infusions can cause hyper inflation is not a theory. We already had the infusion. What happened next was the global economic shutdown, a thing that forestalled any hyper inflation.
Of course, we deal in the realm of theory, and conspiracy theory at that. Even worse, it’s COVID conspiracy theory – and we know what that nonsense can bring /s.
But that’s a little more of the underpinning for the entire scenario. The financial aspect is a key part – without it one is left with purely military action on behalf of eugenics – a great fear but it seems far less likely at the moment. I think the powers are still experimenting with ways and means, not yet policy. And it’s the money conspiracy that actually leads to that greater hope – i.e. the means and the methods and even the very blueprints already existed, and they were brought onto play in dire need of other stakeholders.
~~
As to whether the powers that be have the skill to engineer a pandemic, really that’s what think tanks and consultancies and contractors are for. There’s plenty of skill for this, and plenty of money to pay for it.
Recall that every bad happenstance seems to have a military or law enforcement drill happening right alongside it or immediately prior. This happens enough that it forms a standard pattern.
Then consider that Event 201 was less a rehearsal for how to deal with a pandemic and more a counting of the ways in which stakeholders could move and protect their wealth during such an event. And then the event occurred.
Consider that Johns Hopkins has a bio-threat division that war-games precisely these kinds of occurrences – for the public good, to be sure – but the point is that nothing that happened in the last 2 years was new or had not been thought of and described in actionable detail. It’s all in the Johns Hopkins games – and they have one for 2024 too (which I’m not inclined to dig up at the moment, because I really don’t want to have that kind of discussion).
~~
Consider also, the import of what Robert F. Kennedy, Jr’ says in his book about the AIDS crisis of some decades back. A great distillation of Kennedy’s several chapters is offered us by Laurent Guyenot here:
Fauci and the Great AIDS Swindle
The six thousand words of that article will show anyone a clear pattern of malfeasance by Fauci and the federal health agencies, in collusion with Pharma. And that’s now all documented. Once one understands how that pattern worked back then, in a more primitive age, so to speak, it’s very easy to see it at work in this more sophisticated age. Same thing.
So we have some collateral to build a framework. The only real question is, how much of this theoretical speculation is true?
And this is where forensic analysis comes in. This is what we do.
And although friend james would like to think that we are fixated on a “topic” to “talk about”, we are in fact earnestly trying to understand the past and the present – with a target that moves every day and keeps gaining material that needs to be parsed – so that we may be able to act in preparation for the future – rather than having it just roll over us because we were falling asleep at the switch, while other people were actively operating the switch.
That’s my two cents. I offer it, not to make a point but simply because you seemed not to have it in your war chest. So there you are.
Get it before hyper-inflation puts 2 cents out of everyone’s reach 😉

The same evil symbiosis is present with cancer and has been written about. I have the book hiding here somewhere and is along the lines of Killing Our Own. And yes, as I state at my VK Space, Looking for clues at the scene of the current crime and those that came before. I’ll pass along the title and author when I uncover it.

This has been a very good thread, and first I have to apologize to librul – I was late posting my comment on the thread about the new revelations on President Kennedy’s assassination – you were not the main comment on the subject, just the nearest one to include I thought – might have been mistaken as there were several. It was late, I was tired. The link had been provided, as I should have indicated, by b at the end of his series of links.
Next, thank you, Grieved for pointing back to William Gruff @ 269 in your 289 post, and then in 393 adding the importance of Robert Kennedy’s book to the argument. I have just come back here after reading at b’s current post karlof1’s link to the meeting of dignitaries with Putin wherein this subject, and Mr. Gruff’s supposition, is indirectly given extreme credibility – the Russians are very much ahead of us on this question! Thank you also, Mr. Gruff!

A dialogue on “why western democracy is in serious trouble” Martin Jacques discourse on utoob for fifteen minutes.

President Biden’s Dialogue on Democracy seeks to set the agenda and put China on the defensive. The problem is that Western democracy is in serious trouble, as the Insurrection at Capitol Hill in January demonstrated. Western democracy faces two deep problems. First, it is in trouble at home and losing support. Second, China has been out-performing the West in governance terms for several decades.

@Grieved, #303:
Thanks for alerting me to revelations that I previously didn’t pay much attention to. And thanks for the two links. Indeed, the wickedness of what perhaps is really behind this pandemic event could be orders of magnitude deeper than I could have ever guessed. If so, it also reflects the despair of those who instigated this mess–the bigger the dire strait that they are in, the bigger the mess they’d have to make in order to escape. Hope to see them face their karma in my lifetime.

@ Grieved | Jan 5 2022 0:47 utc | 303… friend james sees how things are not fixed either… thanks… things are constantly in change – lao tzu.. or heraclitus – you can’t step into the same river twice…
understanding the past and the present is a never ending challenge too… my view on the general concept of the great reset is that those in positions of financial power will always work to find a way to take advantage of things… so, i don’t believe in the ‘great reset’ as i have had it conveyed to me, so much as that power will seek to keep and acquire more power, regardless of the set up…
its funny, but to me the concern over how our world has gotten off track has a lot to do with money – private property and concepts of ownership.. and i have said this over the years as well… i personally don’t believe this was some grand plan here… maybe i am mistaken…9-11 looked like more of a designed plan… regardless, we can agree to disagree on this.. i think there are too many angles working for this pandemic to be a planned exercise by some special inside group… like i say – lets agree to disagree.. cheers james
