That this is Judo taken to political extremes. (Guess by whom). Opposed to a more Syria style than Maidan for the regime changers.. I have written away for the three day course on “How to be a Kazakhstan expert. (Contains a map and other useful information for debutants)”, but they have become very hard to find because of sudden demand from the MSM. So Please take the above comments as “opinion”. Posted by: Tom | Jan 6 2022 10:22 utc | 205 A few more comments about Sir Anthony of Kazakhstan. Posted by: John Cleary | Jan 6 2022 10:41 utc | 206 On the “China’s Excellent, Very Good Year” thread, Malchik Ralf said:
I was going to tell him that Disney’s Winnie the Pooh is actually legal in China, as with every other Disney IP I can think of (gimme a shout if there are exceptions), but ‘Jake the Snake’ beat me to it:
IIRC it was something about a controversy regarding comparisons being made between the yellow ursine and China’s president Xi.
Having ignored news of new Disney IPs since their decision to boycott the state of Georgia for its anti-abortion laws in 2019, I was rather surprised to hear that there’d be a sequel to the 2018 Christopher Robin film. Looked it up, but was disappointed to find no references to any announcement. Posted by: joey_n | Jan 6 2022 10:53 utc | 208 January 5 riots in Kazakhstan (continued from comment #133)

I wish I’d seen something like this with intelligent commentary during Ukraine, but I hadn’t discovered MoA yet. This part really stuck out to me.
It doesn’t make a lot of sense for a grassroots revolution to block hospitals since there’s great potential for blowback ranging from the obvious lack of medical care for themselves to undermining support in the local populace by crossing a line. [16] Posted by: John Cleary | Jan 8 2022 2:09 utc | 225 Interesting, London and Denmark have peacked already with very little measures, vs France and Germany. As for Belgium it now gets a new wave thanks for the Dutchies who had to cross the border in order to enjoy bars and concerts since they were under pseudo-lockdown (not for religious congregations of course) since mid-december. Strangely enough, they had remained relatively low all throughout the Delta waves in their neighbours. Posted by: Bemildred | Jan 8 2022 13:02 utc | 226 Does anyone have a clear answer? Posted by: librul | Jan 8 2022 16:35 utc | 227 New interview with Michael Hudson up at link below. Posted by: Grieved | Jan 9 2022 2:42 utc | 231 Some science about ivermectin-resistance in nematodes. From a study done back in 2000. Is this a topic that should be discussed in the conversation about ivermectin use? Posted by: Bruised Northerner | Jan 9 2022 12:50 utc | 232 Second question about ivermectin use. It can increase the strength of other medications such as benzodiazepines and barbiturates (according to Medscape.com). A study done in 2018 found that more than one in eight American adults used benzodiazepines in the past year. (From psychiatry.org ) Posted by: Bruised Northerner | Jan 9 2022 13:01 utc | 233 |
