Covid Say – What Monroe doctrine? What Commonwealth?
The Monroe Doctrine first established in 1823 really continues until today, ostensibly created to "prevent European Imperialism throughout the Americas", the real primary purpose of James Monroe's new foreign policy was aimed at ensuring that only America could colonise the rest of the two continents.
That policy continued through the 20th century – after all what was the 'Cuban missile crisis' about? The Monroe Doctrine that's what, America has consistently refused to allow any administration anywhere in North or South America that they believe may favour a closer relationship with a nation other than America.
This is why Venezuela, Peru, Nicaragua & Brazil for example have fallen foul of the American blob whenever they appear to reject America as their closest 'big brother'.
Mexico is copping it big time at the moment, simply because there is currently a slightly left of center administration in Mexico, an administration which sometimes questions when America instructs it how to behave.
Yet there is a completely unashamed lack of reciprocity between America and the other nations of the Americas. Even Brazil, currently suffering under the jackboot of the Bolsonaro mob who appear to exist solely to do as Washington DC instructs, but which is suffering an unimaginable number of Covid-19 deaths each day, is ignored by America. The American vaccination program is only for Americans – close friends and neighbours can jam it up their arses as far as America believes "we're all right Jack – bugger you!" has been the response of America to the people of South & Central America.
England is equally screwed up. Queen Betty and the rest of the royal bludgers have always been big on promoting joints such as Pakistan, India, Nigeria & South Africa for example; as being the closest friends England has, nothing to do with the oil, minerals, cheap labour and burgeoning markets, of course, /snark that is why the Commonwealth matters to England with Queen Brenda at the front, always shouts, yet even as England is getting close to total vaccination, What has England done?
Not only has it hoarded all available vaccines for itself, now it has decided to ban all arrivals from those Commonwealth countries whose inability to secure vaccines have left 'em vulnerable.
I jacked up a few weeks ago when Aotearoa temporarily blocked arrivals from nations where those arrivals were averaging close to 50% Covid positive. Why? because many of those who were coming to Aotearoa were Kiwi citizens – maybe they had been born in Pakistan or India, but they lived and worked here before going back to the villages they had been born in to celebrate a wedding or funeral.
Whack em in quarantine for two weeks & then they can get back into kiwidom just like everyone else coming back.
The government who had implemented a successful Covid elimination program refused to accept the risk of Covid seeping out of hotel quarantine.
I disagree on human rights grounds but at least since Aotearoa is Covid free, I get what they reckon they are trying to achieve,
Covid is rampant in America & England, yet particularly in England, politicians have 'blacklisted' a mob of nations such as Pakistan & India, preventing even Englander citizens from returning to their homes. WTF? Englanders have consistently failed to keep Covid to a minimum and now it seems that both they & America are warping the process to restrict the arrivals of brown people citizens or not?
How low can you go, eh?
to tiago – Yes! the “americas” are EEUU plus 34 other independent (more or less) countries. The one of which I have most first hand info is chile – which bought right into the eeuu propaganda big time. Now nearly 70% have been “vaccinated” with a mix of pfitzer or sinovac – but the number of “cases” is in fact higher than it ever was last year and over 90% of the country is in complete lockdown, by which I mean that one does not go out with out written permission from the carabineros. As nearly as I can tell, there is no official use of any treatment, although, anecdotally, some people are aware of the efficacy of vita D. My question is: what is Really happening? People’s lives and livlihoods are being destroyed as they try to conform to a lockdown mandate which seems to only make things worse.
I am told that in the eeuu, sick people are being told there is nothing that can be done until they need to be hospitalized and put on ventilators. Apparently the eeuu has just rolled out a Law which states that any MD who recommends “natural” rememdies, ie vita D, zinc, vita C, will be subject to a $10,000 fine. In other words = go home, shut up, and call us when you’re ready to die.

Dr. Mike Yeardon, a former Pfitzer MD/research honcho. His most recent interview was on 9 April 2021. You can find it on Globalresearch.ca. And: Dr. Peter McCullough, from Texas. As he says, he is the most published researcher = ever = in his field which is cardiology and kidney disease. He gave a talk to the Texas legislature regarding treatment – and the absolute, appalling lack thereof, in eeuu. As you all may know, Texas did away with the mask requirement and has actually seen a reduction in the number of cases. Vita D anyone? Also, I hear, anecdotally, the Houston hospitals are now treating people when they first fall ill, as a result, one hopes, of Dr. McCullough’s talk. I wonder if Dr. McCullough will be fined – for saving lives.
Finally, I urge you to search for Dr. Ryan Cole, an MD and pathologist in Idaho. He also gave a talk to the state legislature concerning immunology and treatment. Very highly recommended. He advocates vita D, ivermectin, and especially early treatment of at risk people, ie. those with obeisity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. According to Dr. Cole, a large proportion of the covid deaths are in that high risk group.
A point all these MDs make, is that NONE of the people in charge, from Fauci on down, have ever (EVER) treated a patient. They have no hands on experience and are just mumbling what they’ve been paid to mumble.
To finish this longish post – back to you oldhippie, Dr. Yeardon emphatically makes the point you made, if you have immunity to Sars-covid 2003 you have immunity to sars-covid19. Dr. Yeardon explains the amount of difference between the Sars-covid 2003 and the sars-covid19 – plus the difference between the so called british varient (it is less than 1/2%) A healthy immune system would easily deal with the varient. Dr. Lucy S. Tomkin made the same point – in 2010! at a talk in Stanford University. But, the big Pharmas are currently working on a totally unnecessay “top-up” for the brit variation. As Dr. Yeardon says, what’s the real point?

I have a close colleague and friend from Peru who speaks Quechua, Spanish, Portuguese and Norwegian. He has lived in Brazil and know the country well. He was in Brazil and Peru only a couple of months ago and told me his story after he came home. His only problem was at the airport with ridiculous requirements of “testing”. That’s all there was to it and he is a first hand witness.
Btw., the company I work for has an office in Rio and I speak with my colleagues there on a fairly regular basis. It’s theater.
Seriously – I get the picture. You don’t even believe this virus is real.
I get that for you it is a question of belief. You are free to whatever conviction you prefer, but for me it is a question of requiring factual evidence. The extraordinary claims that are made do indeed require extraordinary evidence, and such evidence has not been forthcoming.
If it disagrees with experiment, its wrong. In that simple statement is the key to science. It doesn’t make a difference how beautiful your guess is, it doesn’t make a difference how smart you are, who made the guess or what his name is… if it disagrees with experiment, its wrong. Thats all there is to it.
This is supposed to be about science, right? So the rules of the scientific method do apply, even if it is painful to admit.
But look, I also get your drift to a certain extent – MAYBE the death toll IS being inflated (whether accidentally or on purpose) in various places. I don’t know, but it wouldn’t surprise me. For example I read somewhere recently that there were only ~200 flu deaths in the US this past “flu season.” That sounds ridiculous at first, but maybe the masking and such really did prevent a major flu epidemic?
So you are guessing the disappearance of ordinary flu deaths are caused by the ridiculous masks. If it was such a good idea, why didn’t anybody think about this before, but instead promoted “flu” shots that didn’t seem to solve anything but had to paid for on a regular basis? Fine, guessing is the first step in the scientific method: Use guessing to formulate a hypothesis. The next step is to compare that hypothesis with observation to see if agrees or not.
I’m reasonably certain that the vast majority of the deaths attributed to COVID in “first world” countries like the US and UK were confirmed by way of at least some form of test, but do you also deny that ANY tests are really effective?
Do you seriously mean to imply that dead people are being tested to verify if they died because of “covid” or not? If you have facts to show this is happening, you may want to share. As for the PCR tests that are performed on as yet undead people, they are indeed being misused, The inventor of PCR never said it wasn’t designed to detect infectious diseases.
Please don’t take my responses to you as attacks or insults. I understand the skeptical mindset, but I just think you’re *mostly* wrong on this subject.
