How ‘Western’ Media Select Their Foreign Correspondents
Did you ever wonder why ‘western’ mainstream media get stories about Russia and other foreign countries so wrong?
It is simple. They hire the most brainwashed, biased and cynical writers they can get for the job. Those who are corrupt enough to tell any lie required to support the world view of their editors and media owners.
They are quite upfront about it.
Here is evidence in form of a New York Times job description for a foreign correspondent position in Moscow:

Vladimir Putin’s Russia remains one of the biggest stories in the world.
It sends out hit squads armed with nerve agents against its enemies, most recently the opposition leader Aleksei Navalny. It has its cyber agents sow chaos and disharmony in the West to tarnish its democratic systems, while promoting its faux version of democracy. It has deployed private military contractors around the globe to secretly spread its influence. At home, its hospitals are filling up fast with Covid patients as its president hides out in his villa.
If that sounds like a place you want to cover, then we have good news: We will have an opening for a new correspondent as Andy Higgins takes over as our next Eastern Europe Bureau Chief early next year.

To be allowed to write for the Times one must see the Russian Federation as a country that is ruled by just one man.
One must be a fervent believer in MI6 produced Novichok hogwash. One must also believe in Russiagate and in the multiple idiocies it produced even after all of them have been debunked.
One must know that vote counts in Russia are always wrong while U.S. vote counting is the most reliable ever. Russian private military contractors (which one must know to be evil men) are ‘secretly deployed’ to wherever the editors claim them to be. Russia’s hospitals are of course always much worse than ours.
Even when it is easy to check that Vladimir Putin (the most evil man ever) is at work in the Kremlin the job will require one to claim that he is hiding in a villa.
Most people writing for the Times will actually not believe the above nonsense. But the description is not for a position that requires one to weigh and report the facts. It is for a job that requires one to lie. That the Times lists all the recent nonsense about Russia right at the top of the job description makes it clear that only people who support those past lies will be considered adequate to tell future lies about Russia.
No honest unbiased person will want such a job. But as it comes with social prestige, a good paycheck and a probably nice flat in Moscow the New York Times will surely find a number of people who are willing to sell their souls to take it.
Interestingly the job advertisement does not list Russian language capabilities as a requirement. It only says that ‘Fluency in Russian is preferred’.
‘Western’ mainstream media are filled with such biased, cynical and self-censoring correspondents who have little if any knowledge of the country they are reporting from. It is therefore not astonishing that ‘western’ populations as well as their politicians have often no knowledge of what is really happening in the world.

We all agree, professional content providers, psychiatrist, journalist, printers, artificial intelligence experts, military and secret service personnel, law makers, search providers, data organizers, advertisers, social media hosting service owners and providers and others are the
mercenaries that support the oligarch owned and controlled human “knowledge, Belief, Control and Manipulate behavior [KBCMB]” industry.
Over time, Mercenaries tested schemes and developed efficient but privacy infringing methods that have enabled the assembly of and accessibility of data so massive in size, so pervasive in reach, and so accurate in detail that the data literally allows life itself down to the individual level to be modelled and studied. The data constitutes a library, it describes nearly every facet of human existence (its structure, its physiology, and its mental capacity, mental health, as well as it includes the various intermediate stages and states of human existence). The human data library, is not about the history of civilization, but that history is part of the human data library (HDL). Individuals with access to the copyrighted data and patented methods to access the HDL can know the belief, knowledge, motivation to behave of each person they select for analysis.
Imagine if you had the copyright and patent on the HDL? No one but you could access the data and no one but you could use the high technology methods that organize it into weapons that can allow you covertly attack that human to extract his or her wealth or to cause a response to a particular set of stimuli? You would be able to get what you want from the HDL but no one else could: because you were made the exclusive owner of the HDL by a rule of law your own government enforces against you! Competition is not a risk factor to the HDL copyright owner. Those with access to the HDL can explain and predict human existence and test and determine the variables that can regulate and control human behaviors and establish human beliefs. Heaven forbid organized crime should ever gain access to the HDL.
The collection. organization and processing of HDL data define the characteristics (knowledge and beliefs) and behaviors of nearly every human living or deceased. This data is used in the medical industry to predict disease and to test treatment proposals and product efficiency, it is used by courts and industry to to assign liability and discover needs for the development of new products and it has been used to effect regime change and manipulate outcome of elections. The HDL contains a series of variables (in the form of data) that can be used to model, track and control human knowledge, belief, and behaviors. The volume and precision of the data, allow the HDL owners to to access the belief, knowledge, physical and mental capacity and human health and human behavior of life itself. The variables in the HDL can be used to determine the methods by which humans acquire knowledge and to engineer from that someone else’s personal belief and priorities.
After all knowledge, beliefs and behaviors are the essence of life.
For purpose of this comment I define media as a transport device used to deliver and transform human expression of ideas, knowledge or beliefs form its origination to its destination. If that content delivered by the media seeks to influence opinion, belief or behavior of the audience it meets my definition of propaganda for the purpose of this comment.
What has happened to humanity on this globe is that war conducted by various nation states against those in other nation stats forced the development of a commercial industry made up mostly of mercenaries. These mercenaries developed technique, process and know-how to use the data to influence and control how the governed humanity felt about war and to incite these individuals to participate on behalf of the nation state in the war. Whole populations were motivated to place themselves in harms way and to organize to deliver death blows to persons whom they had never met, or thought about before. Few, gave any thought to the slaughters they were invited to; they just joined up and went.
Because it was war time, the money was available to secretly develop unbelievably efficient data gathering and data processing methods designed to be used to supervision and control population behaviors. Mercenaries developed the “knowledge, belief, control and manipulate behavior [KBCMB]”industry, just as the porn industry developed many of the techniques used in digital cinema today.
Since media is a device, its not really part of this comment.. media is the device that transports content.
Content in any media and any format is Propaganda if the content is intended to or actually does influence the knowledge, belief or behavior of a member of the audience. Content can be a type of warfare, a teacher led class, a book, song, movie, video, text, speech, art.. etc.
There are many classes of, and types of, content.. which i am going to ignore.
Narrative is the subject matter of the content.
The “Knowledge, Belief, Control and Manipulate Behavior [KBCMB]” industry wants us to concentrate our attention on the media, not on the privacy intruding methods used to collect, create and use the HDL which are the problem. Probably the KBCMB industry contrived MSM to divert that MSM is not the dangerous content but merely its transport to and from source to receiver. MSM is not content, it is the delivery boy for content.
Truly threatening is the almost completely hidden, privately owned “knowledge, Belief, Control and Manipulate behavior [KBCMB]” industry..
The KBCMB works in the background its a massive in size global industry. Everywhere hidden KBCMB industry data collection monitors can be found.
KBCMB listens to everyone’s communications and observes and monitors everyone’s behaviors. The KBCMB attaches permission to content providers and ticket gates on audiences. Allowed to know about, to see, to comment about, to us, or to interact with others about is about permission granted or denied not by government but by private industry.
Hidden deep in the guts of the industry are the controllers who allow/deny people access to content or to the media to deliver a content. From the shadows come the paid ticket gate (baseball game, copyrighted content). To get into the stadium you must buy a ticket, if you do buy the ticket you must behavior according to the rules on the back of the ticket. The ticket buys access to content. who are the players, referees and others who collective play the game. but only approved players and well screen coaches are allowed in to the stadium to present the game. Players and coaches that do not behave in conformity to the rule are eliminated from the game, the stadium and life yet the audience rarely sees that side of
the industry.
Most people will recognize the public media but few understand the “knowledge, Belief, Control and Manipulate behavior [KBCMB]” industry. Its hidden in search engine, artificial intelligence, bio behavioral feedback and forward surveillance and access selection, and responsible bio-behavioral technology which are used to control the behaviors of humanity worldwide. These hidden content providers and manipulators are many times more dangerous to individual liberties and to the whole idea that self determination and democracy are inalienable rights of mankind.
B’s article brings to light to me that a class of media, type of content, are separate elements which are part of an industry that controls all of humanity. I am reminded that the support for the functions of bathroom, kitchen and the electrical circuits in homes are all external to the home. The support for bathroom and kitchen function is hidden underground (plumbing, sewage, and utilities) and the support for electrical service in the home is above ground. To me the “knowledge, Belief, Control and Manipulate Behavior [KBCMB]” industry is like the underground industry, it cannot be seen by the users of its products, but it controls all function of each part of modern use of one’s body and brain.
