- The Russian anti-virus company Kaspersky was contacted by someone who it found to be related to the U.S. National Security Agency. Kaspersky immediately told the NSA about the contact. Following that tip the FBI arrested Harold T. Martin, a NSA contractor who had collected the NSA entire arsenal of digital weapon at is home. Despite that very helpful tip by Kaspersky the U.S. government continues to harass the company and to claim that it was working as an agent of the Russian government.

Apropos Skripal
- Over several months Rob Slane at The Blogmire did a detailed analysis of the Skripal case and the often contradictory information that officials and media have published. Rob has the advantage of living in Salisbury, where the Skripals were allegedly poisoned. Today he published the summation of his series about the case:

Neither Rob nor I have a sound theory of what really happened in Salisbury. There are many possible explanations, but none for which there is sufficient evidence. What we do know is that the British government lied and lies about the case from A to Z.

Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation and Technocracy: Hard Road to a World Order
The Global Elites want to move on to a New New World Order. Thats what all the chaos has been about this century, and why they chose ultimate Discordian to be President of the US. In the meantime Democracy, Nationalism, Capitalism , Central Banks and USD hegemony are being attacked and have been since 2001. Trumps role is to condition people to welcome change. China and their BRICS have been promoted as ideals although as I mentioned that ideal is TechnoFascism.
And of course the Fake Science behind Climate Terror is central to getting people behind the change, along with Financial Terror (debt) already being exercised
The transition from present world order to the future world order will include the following
1. Physical cash is the only financial instrument today for those who are not part of the banking system in the first place. It is estimated that 2 billion adults, or 35 percent of the total, are “unbanked” around the world. This is unacceptable to Technocrats
Most countries are in one stage or another in removing cash altogether. In China, as much as 95% of all consumer transactions are cashless. In India, all large denomination bills have been removed from circulation, as is also the case in the United States where the $ 100 bill is the largest denomination. “No cash accepted” signs have popped up all over Europe. Airlines have gone cashless for inflight purchases. Many restaurants in America have cashless signs in the window, forcing consumers to pay electronically.
In a cashless society, Information replaces cash. Wherever information is collected and flows, it may be used for censorship and surveillance. Thats the future.
2. On 11/9/09. the Telegraph (UK) presented an article: “Everyone in Britain could be given a personal ‘carbon allowance’” that suggested, Implementing individual carbon allowances for every person will be the most effective way of meeting the targets for cutting greenhouse gas emissions. It would involve people being issued with a unique number which they would hand over when purchasing products that contribute to their carbon footprint, such as fuel, airline tickets and electricity.
If their “carbon account” hits zero, they would have to pay to get more credits. No problem for the rich
In 2010 Technocracy, Inc. offered an idea of an Energy Distribution Card :
It is now possible to use a plastic card similar to today’s credit card embedded with a microchip. This chip could contain all the information needed to create an energy distribution card …..The card would also serve as a universal identity card and contain a microchip. This reflects Technocracy’s philosophy that each person in society must be meticulously monitored and accounted for in order to track what they consume in terms of energy and also what they contribute to the manufacturing process.
3. Anyone wondering about the push for the health hazard known as 5G? Lots of data requires enough bandwidth for surveillance and the IoT for control and data collection. The Internet of Everything will connect everything into a single database . To all of the things mentioned above, add smart phones, laptop computers, routers, credit or debit card readers, store transactions, items tagged with RFID chips, and so on. This will be fully rolled out to America and some other countries by the end of 2019-2020. It will allow any physical device to be data-integrated at speeds approaching that of fiber optic. 5G is 23 times faster than 4G technology, approaching 50 gigabytes per second.
4. Human tracking devices, provide the potential for real-time control that extends far beyond privacy and surveillance, per se. Geoslavery looms as a real, threat. Don’t have permission to travel outside your own mega city, auto- tracking will issue you a ticket.
Summary- 5G, ioT , digital currencies (cashless society) Smart Grid/Smart Meters will allow tracking and control of each persons consumption and purchases. If you exceed your carbon allowance you could be denied purchase of steak (or pay more for it). Your thermostat can be reset from a remote location higher or lower to preserve energy. Your car may be prevented from driving beyond a certain speed or without multiple passengers, your power may be cut entirely, Etc
Technocracies leader is China. A testing ground of the Global Elite for Communism and now Technocratic Fascism. In December 2017, China had installed 176 million surveillance cameras nationwide. By July 2018, there were 200 million installed. The trajectory is to have 626 million installed by 2020. China’s entire surveillance network is connected to a series of specially-designed facial recognition computers equipped with advanced AI software that can identify and locate any citizen within minutes of issuing the command.
On top of the physical surveillance network is an Orwellian system of Social Credit Scoring (SCS) . SCS requires massive data collection on every citizen in China, including all financial transaction, events attended, social interactions, friendships and data-mining of social media activities. Much of this data is collected in conjunction with the surveillance network. As AI computers analyze this growing mountain of “big data”, a Social Credit Score is calculated and assigned to each citizen. The score can go up or down whenever a different calculation is received.
Some things that might affect a citizen’s score include: Do you pay your debts on time? Are your personal finances in line with your occupation? Have you received tickets for things like jaywalking? Have you criticized or praised the government? Are you a Christian, Muslim or atheist? Do you hang out with others who have a low SCS? Are you community-oriented or individualistic? Do you do things out of your ordinary observed behavior?
If you are a model citizen in China, your score might approach the maximum level of 700. If the computer decides that you are a troublemaker, you might be lucky to receive a score of 200.
High SCS holders will have travel freedoms, will attend better schools and get better jobs. Low SCS holders will not be allowed to have travel passes, live in better housing, get into better schools and will be left with less desirable work conditions. This system has already been switched on in China and will approach 100 percent efficiency and penetration of the population by 2020.
This means that every individual can be forced to comply with government expectations, or else. This is Scientific Dictatorship, pure and simple. Coming soon to your neighborhood.
So thats the future. A New World Order modeled after China. The US will be broken up and living standards in the West reduced, while the Global elite live happily ever after in their Technocratic Utopia.
Population will decline through various measures until the Golden Billion target espoused by Bill Gates is reached
Transhumanism, the religion that binds the Technocratic Global Elite will allow them to transcend Human 1.0 and evolve to the God-like Super Human 2.0

Guess Trump really wants to spend time with his fellow elites! Imposing an “Enabling Act” to pay for the wall, all so he can wine and dine with global billionaires and oligarchs. The rednecks who voted for him must be so glad!
The socialist and left-wing protestors against the WEF in Davis released a communique –
“Creating a global architecture, considering the 4th Industrial Revolution.” Under this motto, once again the so-called leaders from politics and economics meet in Davos to tackle the problems of the world. But we know that they can not, because their high-built house of cards slowly collapses in itself. And so the world savior image of the forum seems to crumble slowly.
Structural changes in terms of technical progress, cybersecurity, human capital and even environmental protection should be discussed. Strengthening international relations and cooperation should be the foundation enough to realize all this. And if the ladies and gentlemen at the WEF are already there, they also want to talk about peace and reconciliation, because that, too, should make it possible to strengthen international relations. With whom exactly you discussed there seems negligible. Because the invited and participating persons represent the states that are making war, that are creating global problems and that the companies profit from it.
Authoritarian, conservative and fascist parties are strengthening worldwide. They move into parliaments and form governments. In Italy, the 5-star movement, along with the fascist Lega Nord, won the election and now heads the government. In Austria, the FPÖ, which was founded from a merger of National Socialists after the Second World War, governs together with the ÖVP. At the EU summit in Salzburg they demanded that the border protection agency Frontex be increased from 1’600 to 10’000 persons. Both in Poland and in Hungary, national-conservative parties, together with right-wing populists, form the majority in parliaments, which has an extreme impact on the situation of minorities in these countries. In Turkey, under the leadership of President Erdogan, the military is waging a terrible war against the Kurdish population and left-wing opposition, and is not in the least sorry to be working with ISIS terrorists. Donald Trump is still in power in the United States and Brazil is now ruled by a man who publicly discriminates against women, homosexuals and other minorities. In the Philippines, Duterte is currently in power, publicly calling for the murder of drug addicts and criminals. Sadly, the list of fascist and right-wing politicians and parties in the upswing is even longer. But from all these countries, heads of government, foreign ministers or representatives will take part in the forum in Davos. And they will not see the WEF as a way to discuss peace and reconciliation, but will take the opportunity to push through their own interests.
But there are far more than just the governments that will take part in the forum in Davos. From all over the world, representatives of huge corporations stream to the WEF. Among them are representatives of big banks such as UBS, Credit Suisse or HSBC, all banks involved in controversial projects such as the Dakota Access Pipeline or investing in the defense industry. Other WEF partners such as ABB also promote the production of weapons and war technology. They all connect the business to the war. It does not matter to whom you sell the weapons or what is done with it. The main thing is that the conflicts continue and deliveries increase. No account is taken of the suffering of the local population in the war regions. Also, representatives of BlackRock, Nestlé, Glencore and Monsanto will travel to Davos, companies that are significantly responsible for impoverishment or land grabs in third world countries and monopoly and ransom contracts thousands of farmers from the livelihood.
The endless greed for profit and power that meets at the Forum in Davos, there are hardly any limits. Whether national, authoritarian or liberal business here does not matter at all. The rulers in Davos are concerned with increasing their capital. But they will not succeed forever. Everywhere in the world there is strong resistance to this policy. Be it at the G20 summits in Hamburg or Buenos Aires, in Brazil in protests against the new president, in France during the uprising of the yellow vests or in Rojava where the revolution and a community of solidarity is actively practiced. Capitalism shows again and again disintegration phenomena. In Switzerland, however, he continues to find a quiet hinterland in Davos to strengthen himself.
Let’s not let this pass away! Let’s take the road to make our protest out loud! Let the rulers feel our anger! No quiet hinterland for Nazis and capitalists! Let’s bring the house of cards to collapse! End Wef, End Capitalism! For the social revolution!

If think you’re confused: technocracy is not the implementation of technology to control population, but the belief that the Western Democratic system (i.e. representative democracy) can be apolitical and thus much more efficient if the elected major office (e.g. mayor, governor or president) puts only a team of “scientists” and “experts” to administer each department. It is meritocracy on steroids: the rule of the notables.
Of course that the notion that the people is dumb and should always be governed by an educated elite is not new: that was all Ancient Greece and then the Roman Republic were all about. A Greek scholar (whose name I don’t remember now), on reflecting why the Romans “did it” (i.e. achieved unification, while the Greeks were plagued by tyrannies, revolutions, revolts and couter-revolutions), he concluded Rome’s system was the best precisely because it was a perfect mix of democracy, oligarchy and monarchy.
The fact he “wasn’t born to rule” (in opposition to the Ivy League POTUSes) is now being frequently used by the coastal middle and upper middle classes to advocate for Trump’s impeachment. That’s a pure technocratic argument.

A while ago, I posted about South Korea’s impending doom. Long story short, I defended the “thesis” South Korea was just a Cold War propaganda outdoor, a figment of Nippo-American imagination. It is destined to fail.
The South Korean elite (being essentially Japanese straps, many of them raised with Japanese culture and with Japanese as a second or third language, if not raised straight up in Japanese schools and colleges) probably knows that, and it’s not a secret their dream scenario would be a decapitation operation, where a group of elite South Korean special forces would enter North Korean territory and kill whoever the chairman is (today, it’s Jong-un Kim). That way, totalitarian theory would state the North Korean people would be and feel “liberated”, which would open a new Lebensraum for the South, with 25 million new consumers and very cheap workforce, to be exploited by the chaebols only.
That scenario was always a pipe dream for two main reasons: 1) if North Korea would be militarily conquered, it would be with the USA at the front, with South Korea as a sidekick; as a result, the new human resources would be exploited mainly by American multinationals, with the chaebols getting the crumbs, and 2) the Kim’s are not THE North Korean state: killing them would not necessarily make its government collapse.
Now, after a good dosis of reality (i.e. nuclear ICBMs) and some good ol’ capitalist economic secular stagnation, it seems the South Koreans got some enlightment:

“If we restart economic cooperation with North Korea, this will bring vitality to our economy […] Inter-Korean economic projects are a blessing, which have already been prepared for us. One misunderstanding is South Korea is spending too much on economic projects with North Korea. But South Korean companies have benefitted more from operations at the Gaeseong Industrial Complex as it offered a chance for local companies to supply and sell their projects, there. […] “When North Korea opens up its economy and a process to build relevant infrastructure starts, that will lead to intense competition among foreign capital to gain first-mover advantage. The resumption of inter-Korean economic projects, if it happens in a timely fashion, will put South Korea in a better position than others.”
However, this initiative will fail, because there’s a big “if”:
“In order to resolve the issue of economic sanctions, North Korea should introduce concrete measures for the dismantlement of its nuclear program boldly and quickly. The lifting of economic sanctions is in sync with the level of the denuclearization process,” Moon said.
The USA will never allow South Korea to peacefully reunify with the North; the South Korean chaebols don’t want the North Korean workforce to be integrated peacefully (i.e. they want slaves). South Korea is between the rock and the hard place.
