It is Thanksgiving. It will soon be Christmas. Please consider to give some thanks, or a Christmas present, to this site.

Moon of Alabama publishes original content, stuff that is hard to find elsewhere. It provides fact checked no-nonsense writing on a (nearly) daily basis. The site is free. It has an open and lively comment section. It is the full-time effort of this single person.

MoA and our host b’s analysis is truly remarkable and beyond the offerings of many well established media operations drowning in money.

Cultural imperialism takes many forms. To 7.5 Billion (minus 300 Million), “Thanksgiving” means nothing (or if it symbolises anything at all, it is the relentless slaughter wrought from the Far West). Enough!
