I just finished Gerald Horne’s The Counter-Revolution of 1776, Slave Resistance and the Origins of the United States of America, Chaper 10 – The Counter-Revolution of 1776 pp. 247-8

Yes, I saw that on the way in and it perked me up a bit. May put some common purpose and focus to the Syrian/Kurd/Russian resistance to the Turkish invasion of Syria. We can hope. A decisive defeat is just what the doctor called for in the runaway case of Turkish Erdogania.
