Those TSA guys and gals need cultural indoctrination. They need courses run by experts in gender, dress, fashion, gesture - at least 20 hours.
They need to up their cultural sensitivity and inter-tribal communication skills!
At least *3 hours* should be devoted to:
Understanding Diversity in Global Attitudes and Founding Values: Developing Awareness to Reactions to Intimate Groping in Public Spaces.

yeah, just read that hrc now says tsa policy will be reviewed. heh, who cares about the thousands of americans being subjected to this, but let a diplomat freak out and it gets reviewed.
