(rbn) Baghdad, Iraq – The former President of Iraq, Saddam Hussein, was sentenced to death today. Under the watchful eyes of DHS secretary Negroponte and some Salvadorian options guards, Judge Banal bin Kangaroo read out the sentence twice. First in English for a live segment of fauxnews and then in Arabic to the otherwise empty courtroom. He is said to have left the country with unknown destination since.
The White House released several press advisories and the bullet-points therein were faithfully repeated to the US public by the usual Sunday morning talking heads.
RNC press secretary Snow denied accusations of administration interference with the court in Baghdad describing the verdicts timing near to the US election date a "pure coincidence that only proves the independence of the Iraqi government."
