They probably remember too much in fact. There isn’t much that the dreadul rethugs have done that the dems haven’t (see Billmon’s story on electoral fraud) done themselves or voted for eg Military Commission Act of 2006 whereby imprisonment without due process and torture sit just as well with the dems as it does with the rethugs.
