I read some reports earlier in the week about the SAA claiming to have shot down an Israeli warplane and a drone over the Golan Heights. I haven't heard anyone breathe a word about it since the reports and subsequent denial. I can't fathom why the SAA would lie about something so serious, nor would I have expected the Israeli gov would not to exploit it for propaganda or escalation purposes. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Interesting if true: U.S. bombs Syrian army at Deir Ezzor.

Posted by: Dan Lynch | Sep 17, 2016 1:43:36 PM | 2

American warplanes bombs Syrian army at Deir Ezzor. Israeli warplanes bombs Syrian army on Golan Heights. Turkey has been invading Aleppo province... Russia? Russia is talking about peace. It looks like Yugoslavia and Kosovo in 1990s.

@3 it is time for russia to draw their red line and ban those jets over territory were they do not belong.

If you go here and go back a few days there a story about. The sites owner Ziad said a family member of his watched the whole thing. The pilot died, S-300 can be bad for your health.

#3 the Syrian army has retaken Dier Ezzor after the Amerikan af left the area.

Ok, who has the keys to the liquor cabinet?

I know there is a fellow Calif. that comments here and is voting Green. Dr. Stein was in the near by town of Tracy, Calif. for a meet and greet. I couldn't make it but sure is fun to see Greens show up in small places.

FecklessLeft@1 - Syrians fired their SAMs against both targets and the missiles likely exploded - the explosions themselves may have been visible from the ground (depends). Whether they actually hit the targets and/or took them down is debatable. This was at night and the targets would have been several tens of kilometers away. Impossible to have seen (visually) exactly what happened from the SAM site besides maybe the explosion. The targets were well into the Golan in Israeli-occupied/head-chopper controlled territory, so the Syrians couldn't verify by the wreckage if they were, indeed, taken down. The Israelis are never going to admit to anything, of course.

The F-16 would have disappeared from radar either way - being hit or taking evasive, radar-evading action or electronic countermeasures afterwards. The SAM operator probably can't tell either way just from looking at his scope. The F-16 'disappearing' from the scope does not automatically mean it was hit/downed. There would have been a massive search and recovery effort by the Israelis if the F-16 was down in their territory, but nobody reported any kind of activity like that.

Since most drones don't have any anti-SAM radar-evading capability, you could reasonably conclude that if the target disappeared after the warhead exploded, then it's probably gone for good.

If I had to guess, I would say it's pretty unlikely that an old SA-5 Gammon fired from a S-200 rig could take out a modern F-16 (but not impossible). Scare it away, sure. The drone? Probably. What I don't know is if Syria was using better SAMs there, like a S-300/BUK system. I doubt the Russian S-400 is anywhere near there. Everyone is just guessing at this point.

Whatever SAM capabilities the SAA had in Qunietra, they are certainly a threat to the Israelis. Just saw these tweets from a little while ago:

tahtakuslar ‏@taylieli 2h 💥#Israil jets striking #Syria-n Army CPs, air defence unit in #Quneitra. #Syria-n AA returning fire.

with these follow-ups:

💥💥💥Muhammed Hassan Al-Sayyed, A local druzi leader of #NDF in #Golan, t/w his co-patriots killed in #Israil airstrike.

Unconfirmed Regime Media : 11 SAA killed and two Iranian guards in an Israeli strike on their position in #Quneitra. #Syria

The Israelis have pretty good jamming and advanced anti-radiation missiles (used to take out SAM sites) that can be fired from quite a distance away. So the retaliatory strike is possible and - I would say - expected. The SAA SAM capabilities by themselves are limited.

If Russia decided that Israel shouldn't be bombing Syria, then they could shut down the skies over southern Syria fairly quickly. The Israelis wouldn't go up against a S-400. Russia has - for whatever reason - decided not to place those kind of assets in southern Syria (yet).

The U.S. jets are bombing SAA positions in Deir EzZor and the Israelis are bombing the SAA and their SAM sites in Qunietra. I'm sure Russian patience is wearing thin. They could very easily close the skies over Syria, but obviously prefer to act like a responsible, rational state for now. Poking the bear always carries an unfortunate risk with it, usually involving the pokee's arm.

RT is reporting 62 Syrians dead in US air strike. How will Russia handle this provocation? When is enough ... enough?

Posted by: woogs | Sep 17, 2016 2:33:03 PM | 8

Russia is confirming (via information from the SAA, apparently rather than directly though) that US planes attacked SAA at the Dier EzZor airport, killing 62 troops. Sputnik article

There is a small note of it in US mainstream press thus far, evidenced by this Reuters article. The charge that the strike was seemingly coordinated with Daesh is very concerning to anyone who wants to see a stable Syria. More proof is needed, but if evidence confirms the charges it will be hard for even the US to wiggle out of this one.

Just as I said would happen!!

Great strategy, mister neoliberal Putin

Posted by: bbbb | Sep 17, 2016 2:42:52 PM | 10

Amazing that not even a week goes by, and USA bullies its way into existence in Syria and takes out 62 Syrian military personel. I bet those soldiers fought like heroes for hte past 5 years, and are now all vaporized - finito.

What's Russia going to do now? Go to the UN to enforce the secret framework behind closed doors? Strong arm USA into compliance? Putin played games with peoples lives, and will have to either go defcon or keep allowing for parts of Syria to be carved away, presumably for a minimum of decades. Furthermore, the existential threat of foreign jihadists will always have a foothold now. I guess China and Russia will at least have their navy bases, huh? Perhaps they can expand it enough to adequately recieve all the future refugees for resettlement

Posted by: bbbb | Sep 17, 2016 2:48:24 PM | 11

If reports are true, looks like Daesh has an air force. How will this play to the American people? The mistrust of our government's intentions is already strong.

Conversely, how will this go over in Russia? Though it was Syrian soldiers dying, this can be seen as nothing but a big F.U. to Russia.

Interesting review of the Bayer side of the Bayer-Monsanto merger by Victor Grossman, The Ghost of IG Farben: Can Monsanto Reform Bayer?

Posted by: jfl | Sep 17, 2016 6:14:12 PM | 14

Turns out that "ex"-CIA luminary Graham Fuller of Boston Bombing hoax fame was parked on an island just 20 minutes from Istanbul during the failed coup against Erdogan. Says Wm Engdahl
In case you haven't read how Monsanto killed the shocking Seralini study showing the effects of Roundup and GMOs on rats--

Besides the horrifying cancerous tumors, the rats gave birth to babies with shrunken internal organs, including the brain!
Bayer AG manufactures neonicotinides which are wiping out the bee population. Crops which depend on bees

One suspects this is being done on purpose because a fella named Ingram developed bees that were Roundup-resistant-- so the Dept of Ag came and destroyed them.

"That was a long time ago, and we don't think about it anymore."

What (Americans) should be concerned about is randomized drug-interaction experiments being performed on the 'voluntary' inmates of private US nursing homes.

Once committed, these seniors cannot leave without the (often dodgy foreign medical) resident physician's approval, and no family member has any say against the drug regime imposed upon the nursing home inmates, who are often forced to choke down more than two dozen pills a day, with no known drug interaction.

There is no oversight of these nursing home medical records or their drug-interaction expariments on the inmates, and if the victim becomes comatose, they are placed in an 'advanced care' facility, strapped into barco-loungers in groups by subcontracting 'health-care' subcontractors, silently left in a darkened room, with damp clothes over their faces, living dead, until their reverse-mortgage or medical insurance runs out. Then a hearse comes after midnight to remove the 'died unexpectedly' corpse.

This may or may not shock people. Most people choose cognitive dissonance, rather than confront another fascist force in their lives they cannot control. Hope and chains, baby. Be good, be docile, clean your plate, and maybe you won't go to the gas chamber.

My cousin is a nurse and has reported this confirmation, after I witnessed it first-hand, in person, with a now-deceased relative, watching the 'health care' associate stand there with a glass of water while the victim choked down those handfuls of pills, every day, becoming more and more ossified, morbid, comatose, then later the zombie barcolounger facility, and finally the death certificate stating only 'failure to thrive'.

Jesus, what a Mengelian world we live in.

There wasn't a thing that could be done. The State-run nursing homes are chaos and abuse and sub-care. And that's your future too in the New American Zombieland. You are just an expendable, extractable profit unit. Thrive, or die.

It's just business, get over it.

Trump's VP Mike Pence Hails Dick Cheney as His 'Role Model'

Mike Pence, Donald Trump's U.S. vice presidential running mate, said he considers Dick Cheney — former vice president under George W. Bush and main force behind the Iraq invasion, who maintains his views in favor of CIA and military torture — a “role model."

"I frankly hold Dick Cheney in really high regard in his role as vice president and as an American," Pence said in an interview on ABC's "This Week," that aired Sunday.

"Vice President Cheney had experience in congress as I do and he was very active in working with members of the house and the senate."

Dick Cheney Thinks Trump Can Bring US Back to the 'Dark Side'

"We have to work sort of the dark side, if you will … It is a mean, nasty, dangerous, dirty business out there, and we have to operate in that arena," the torture-advocating Cheney said about the U.S.'s conduct in its war on terror.

Kind of makes sense. The Duck in the foreground a la Shrub, with Pence in the background a la Cheney. The foregrounders prance about and carry on, the backgrounders take care of business.

Jurassic World 2 will be released on June 22, 2018 with a budget of $260,000,000.

By comparison, in 2009, Hillary Clinton (and UKs Milliband) grifted Hamid Karzai with $5,000,000,000 stolen from US humanitarian aid funds, directly into Karzai's Bank of Kabul, then rushed back months later to grift Karzai anothet $3,500,000,000 to cover what the Karzai Mob looted, so the Bank of Kabul missing $BILLIONS wouldn't lead to Clinton's demise.

Instead, an 'anonymous donor' paid off her-$35,000,000 campaign 2008 debt, and left self-proclaimed 'broke' Clinton with a $10,000,000 fortune by 2010.

Face it, you are really voting for Pence versus Kaine and the quantitatively-eased $5,000,000,000,000 Deep State, which has no political affiliation other than moar lucre.

The Military Industrial Complex, the Prison Industrial Complex, The Medical-Pharmaceutical Complex ... the TNCs have abandoned the domestic lower-middle classes for cheaper substitutes abroad. We domestics are just prey now, the last trip through the wringer before extinction.

@22 'Face it, you are really voting for Pence versus Kaine and the quantitatively-eased $5,000,000,000,000 Deep State, which has no political affiliation other than more lucre.'

Not me. I'm voting for 'other'. I recommend it to every American as an alternative to the menagerie.

First we distinguish ourselves as a political force; realize that we can seize power.

Then we define a common platform and take candidate 'auditions'.

Then CD by CD, State by State, we eliminate incumbent elephants and jackasses, electing from among ourselves those we've auditioned to implement our platform in 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024, 2026, and 2028, culminating with the White House in 2020, 2024, or 2028.

Then we make a couple, three changes to our constitution, ensuring our control from here on in.

Then we'll have come of age, no one to blame but ourselves.

I'm looking forward to it.

By comparison, 95,000,000 jobless or homeless Americans are usingvfood stamps to buy Corporate garbage processed fast foods, while for the rich, you can buy strawberries flown in every day, even rare tropical fruits flown halfway around the world to you, and finest fresh cuts of meat and fish. There are public servants, teachers especially, pais as 'adjunct' gigers, living hand to mouth on food stamps, teaching children who have had no breakfast, and a GMO macaroni and cheese-substance dinner made from processed food wastes. Everything is melted down, hides, hoofs, beaks, claws and feathers, into 'hydrolyzed protein' then sprayed onto dried and remilled food scraps and cheese whey, then resold to the poor like dog kibble, using food stamps the Deep State finances with our last life savings, that are never coming back.

By 2020s, Deep State military adventurism and profiteering, and interest-only payments on the Fed 'debt' (sic) and Corporate tax breaks in return for Citizens United bribes will have decimated the health and human services industry, inverting it into a Corporate 'senior care for profit' system that will grind the Boomers fifth-quintile wealth into blood and bone dust, leaving the Millenials reverse-mortgaged out of their inheritance.

Then the shyte will really go sideways as the New American H1B caste system passes all new high tech and career STEM jobs to the Hindus, reducing Americans to either Mil.Gov drones, or Uber/Fiverr giggers, Banksters loot the citizens' savings accounts for gamma, all perfectly 'legal', and Monarchy of Corporate Lords is finally restored in WADC-NOVA.

Hope and Chains is for the Ghost Dancers. Mutton stew and fry bread ... if you're lucky.

To presume that a person who posts the raw truth instead of daily war pron tweets is living in despair without a 'plan' is pure gentrified solipsism. There is no 'plan', only that you believe that you have one. If you haven't already escaped, (and stopped posting on MoA long ago), then you have only hope and chains. Either that, or you belong to the One Party, with two pensions for life, so who cares, laissez les drone temps roulez!

Russia 'to revive the KGB' after Putin wins biggest majority: Russia plans effectively to revive the KGB secret police under a massive shake-up of its security forces, a respected business daily has reported. What causes me despair is that both Trump and Clinton plan an unlimited DHS-DOD-NSA expansion, a new $B Federal Stasi Police force, IDIQNB SuperMax prisons with private contractor guards, prosecutors and judges, but all anyone cares about in my circle is voting for this monstrosity, dodging taxes and flipping properties.

And reading MoAs posting more daily war pron.

Speaking of The BugOut Plan of the Hope and Chainers:

"Asked to name the next big short, Eisman initially declined. “I’m not in such a rush to do it again,” he said. “It took years off my life.” Then he relented, saying, “The only big short out there is when the world loses confidence in QE.”

Predictably, Eisman did not offer any ideas on how to profit when his prediction is - again - proven to be right, since the collapse of the central bank model will mean all fiat-denominated conventional finance as we know it, (including fiat PMs and synthetic gems) will come to an end, and force the world to revert to "traditional" hard assets, such as ..."

Such as what? Airports? Coal mines? Fishing fleets? All nationalized and privatized long ago. The only real assets left in a global fiat currency collapse, is to own 40 hectares of rice paddies somewhere in SEAsia, with an L2 English-speaking local wife, two armed security guards and a bribed police chief. Then learn to speak Bahasa and pray to Mecca.

#30 - TRD

My money is on Mauritius. Not food self-sufficient, but not too far from it if need there be, and far more cosmopolitan than yer suggested Indo. WSHTF, in Indo, you're just a Bule sticking out like a sore thumb and begging for a gang to come rob you and perchance get rid of the evidence.

Besides, Indo gets involved in many hypothetical SE Asian wars. Mauritius has no one worthwhile to invade, and it's nowhere near worthwhile to get invaded itself. Mostly inhabited by non-white people (ie. non-lynchmob targets) who actually don't hate white people too much. And are mostly Indian, and no one messes with Indians without a damn good reason, of which there are absolutely none no matter how hard you try to come up with one.

And the southern hemisphere + tropical combo shelter from the fallout + the entire mid Indian ocean to keep the temps up during the Nuke twilight helps.

Good article by Michael Hudson, Celebrating the One Percent: Is Inequality Really Good for the Economy? examining the narrative of the good, wise, and generous 1%. I'd missed it - the narrative of the gw&g 1% - completely.

Apparently it's the foundation upon which 'Nobel' Prizes in Economics are built. The 'Nobel' Prize for economics was established by the Swedish Central Bank in 1968, as the cover for the 1%. The bankers have created a stable of Nobelists who labor all their nights, spinning the straw of the 1%'s deafness, dumbness, and blindness into the gold of their goodness, wisdom, and generosity.

And in consequence, all our children follow them out of town, humming their tune ... oops, I've mixed my fairy tales.

The Al Jazeera English Newshour broadcast of Obama's farewell UN speech was was a bit of a surprise. The co-hosts are a male and a female reporter. The male reporter, when asked by his co-host to share his initial thoughts after the speech, launched into an anti-Obama tirade, indignantly calling the speech a "Sermon" and pointing out its numerous flaws, omissions, general hypocrisy, and "the gap between words and deeds."

Waste of space (and Oxygen) Ban Ki Moon, mouthed the Neocon line on Assad, as usual, complete with "barrel bombs" and "killing his own people" drivel.

When the program shifted back to the co-hosts, the above mentioned bloke resumed his tirade, opening it up to include Russia's role in Syria and rounding out his critique by accusing Washington AND Moscow of "bullshitting the world."

Well worth a look, and very Duterte-ish, if it's on A-J's website. In theory the program should be identifiable as the Obama UN speech edition. The tirade starts immediately after the end of Obama's speech which puts it at about 20 minutes from the beginning of the Newshour broadcast.

In case y’all forgotten how bad politically the Greens are, here’s a fresh reminder, courtesy of The Daily Banter, where Ben Cohen shows that Jill Stein is an Idiot..

He takes as his text this snippet from a recent Politico interview.

Donald Trump, I think, will have a lot of trouble moving things through Congress. Hillary Clinton, on the other hand, won’t … Hillary has the potential to do a whole lot more damage, get us into more wars, faster to pass her fracking disastrous climate program, much more easily than Donald Trump could do his.

Debunking this “reasoning” is pretty short work.

There is so much stupidity in this it is hard to know where to begin. Firstly, Congress is controlled by the Republican Party who are about as likely to pass anything Hillary Clinton proposes as they would be for president Obama…. To think that Clinton, a politician vilified and hounded by Republicans for almost 25 years, would have a better chance of "moving things" through a Republican controlled congress is completely fucking insane.

He also makes short work in comparing Mrs. Clinton with The Duckhead on environmental policy. She has endorsements from major environmental groups. Trump thinks global warming is a Chinese hoax.

Nor does he compare well on foreign policy. The Duckhead has already promised wars of aggression and increased use of “enhanced interrogation techniques.”

This brings him to the following conclusion:

Anyone vaguely worried about the future of humanity and the survival of our biosphere knows that a Donald Trump presidency would be an unprecedented, unmitigated disaster. For Jill Stein to pretend otherwise isn't just stupid, it's treacherously stupid.

I think "treacherously stupid" is a bit over the top. "Willfully stupid" I'd say.

Meanwhile, The Donald continues to make shit up. Trump Claims Lester Holt's A Democrat, Debates Rigged Against Him. Holt has been a registered Republican for over a dozen years.

Donald Trump continues to lie and whine that the debates are rigged against him.... That's ironic, because that's what his incessant whining is all about.

The biggest lie? The $10bn. fortune. Donald Trump’s Money Is A Myth – Will He Bankrupt the RNC Too?

My friend scoffed at the very idea that Trump was worth even a quarter of the mythical $10 billion, much less that he was liquid to the tune of more than $200 million. “He’s not a billionaire. I’m a billionaire. He’s a clown living on credit.”

Send in the clowns? Don't bother, they're here.

Glen Ford makes a startling, though obvious comparison, Murder by U.S. Occupation Forces: Tulsa 2016, Baghdad 2007.

I guess Obama is too busy with his post-term financial planning to even notice the pogrom against Americans, but especially against black Americans, underway by the police all over the USA. He doesn't need to notice it, he put it in motion.

I saw the movie Snowden today and highly recommended it to all. Not all Americans are bad and hopefully this will wake a few more up.

James Clapper lied to the US Senate and the American public about spying but the real story is the TIA (Total Information Awareness) exists and is a weapon of human slavery.......Those that never read about the Nuremberg trials after WWII are allowing war crimes on that scale and worse to happen again.

Corbyn re-elected as Britain’s Labour leader

British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn has retained the leadership of the opposition political party after a bruising campaign.

Corbyn, who was initially elected last year, took 62 percent of the vote, beating challenger Owen Smith on Saturday.

“All Labour Party members and MPs have a responsibility to work within the democracy of our party and respect the leadership of whoever is elected.”

The 67-year-old socialist and peace campaigner has shown little interest for Britain’s special relationship with the US and is opposed to nuclear weapons, including the costly Trident nuclear missile system that is maintained by the US.

Corbyn also is a critic of Israel and NATO. As member of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, he invited members of the Hezbollah and Hamas resistance movements in 2009 to parliament where he called them "friends."

At least the high-handed coupsters could not prevail.

Weren't "Khristian Kolonial Opium Wars" in the past? The 1840's in China, no? That is the past, right?
Posted by: rufus magister | Sep 23, 2016 8:05:36 AM | 46

It would only be in the past if the Khristian Kolonials (aka Social Engineering Hypocrites) had abandoned their wicked 1840-ish ways. But they haven't changed their ways as their attempts to Socially re-Engineer the ME amply demonstrates. This isn't the first time it's been necessary to remind you that histrionics ain't History.

You might appreciate the irony of the fact that in the Philippines, as in Syria, the only people being slaughtered by the Govt are the ones too stupid/hidebound to avail themselves of the opportunities presented by an open-ended Govt offer of amnesty and rehab.

Pat Lang takes note of Saker's conjecture that the Obama Administratoin is "in a state of confused agony".

Surprising to see this from Saker.

Whenever there is violence/conflict, we hear cries of "Obama has lost control!" Those who do so are simply Obama apologists/propagandists (knowingly or unknowingly).

"Obama's legacy" is bullshit. His community organizer/constitutional lawyer/Noble peace prize qualifications were only a smoke-screen. He is simply front man for a team+sponsors with a neolibcon agenda.

Generally speaking, hooking countries on smack and open gun-boat diplomacy are rather frowned upon today. You're not gonna go to pieces LaRouche-style with a riff about the Windors, finance, and the drug trade, are you?

I think the last great bit of manslaughter in the Far East came at the hands of the Japanese. Rape of Nanking, etc. But given how readily they took to many aspects of Westernization with the Meiji dynasty, perhaps you'll dismiss that bit of history. I would counter that they remain Shinto and generally despise all foreigners.

I discovered the perfect ballad for MoA. It's raw, it's gritty and might keep the trolls away. Probably not but anywho, enjoy.

Probably won't see this on CNN or in the pages of the NYTimes/WaPo ...

Italian warship docks at Iranian port

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An Italian naval warship berthed at Iran’s southern port city of Bandar Abbas on Saturday as part of political and naval cooperation between Tehran and Rome.

During their stay in Iran, Italian servicemen on board the warship, named Euro, will hold meetings with Iranian Navy officials, visit a number of Iranian islands, and learn about the Iranian Navy’s military achievements and capabilities.

The Italian and Iranian forces are also going to carry out joint naval exercises.

The ranking Italian official invited the Iranian Navy to send fleets to Italy as well.

Hurray for the Italians! Wonder if it's related to ...

Why is Biden threatening Ukraine with the end of anti-Russian sanctions?

"We know that if they give an excuse to the EU, there are at least five countries right now that want to say 'We want out'" of sanctions against Moscow, Biden said, speaking to the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. (...) In exchange for financial support from the United States and other Western allies, Ukraine promised reforms, but progress has been mixed. (...) Biden said he has spent two to three hours a week on the phone with Ukrainian leaders since the crisis began, urging them to persist with reforms, while also pressuring Germany, France and Italy to hold fast on sanctions.

Fort Russ concentrates on the 'US orders EU to ...' aspect of it ... might it not be just an attempt at preempting what cannot be held back any longer? Cracks beginning to open between the US and NATO/the EU? Let us hope they spread quickly and that all of Europe calves off from the North American ice field and just floats away on its own!

UNSC to hold meeting amid fresh violence in Syria’s Aleppo

The emergency meeting, requested by the US, Britain and France, is scheduled to be held at 11:00 New York time on Sunday.

The request came after the foreign-backed militants operating in Aleppo suffered a series of losses on the battlefield against army forces.

The US/FR/UK pull a UNSC stunt of their own. This is merely the predictable end of the salafists in Aleppo, now that every possible attempt at a ceasefire has been attempted by Syria/Russia, then literally blown up by the US/ISAF and its 'moderate' wahabists on the ground.

Must read piece by Rob Unz:

American Pravda: The Destruction of TWA Flight 800

Accidents do happen. A large and energetic military, eager to test its latest missile weapons, perhaps carelessly and fatally crossed paths with hundreds of unlucky travelers on their way to Paris. Some 30,000 Americans die each year in fatal car crashes, and risks are inevitable in our modern industrial society.

However, from a broader perspective, I believe that the truly horrifying aspect of the incident is the tremendous ease with which our government and its lapdog media managed to so utterly suppress the reality of what had happened—an American jumbo jet shot down by a missile—and did so although this occurred not in some obscure, faraway foreign land, but within the very sight of Steven Spielberg’s home in the exclusive Hamptons, on a flight that had just departed New York City, and despite such overwhelming physical evidence and hundreds of direct eye-witnesses.

I was in Europe when this happened, so I didn't really pay attention at the time. My main exposure to TWA 800 up until now was reading articles about it in the New York Review of Books by a Harvard comparative literature professor. Her theory was that the plane went down because of testing of electronic counter-measures that the US Navy was carrying out. That she didn't pay much or any attention to the missile theory as far as I can recall is weird in itself.

It's was the Russians:

"At the time of the incident on July 17, 2014, **pro-Russian separatists** (actual Ukrainian citizens) were fighting **Ukrainian government forces** (constitutionally-illegal Israeli junta coup) in the region. The Boeing 777 broke apart in mid-air, flinging wreckage over several kilometers (miles) of fields in rebel-held territory,"...(after being struck by a rebel-launched Buk missile that was supplied by Russia.)

While we are playing 2-dimensional checkers, The Chosen are playing 5-dimensional chess.

*unpeople* of the world, rejoice ,
Looks like deliverance is at hand !

*In a change of focus, the ICC said on Thursday it would also prioritise crimes that result in the “destruction of the environment”, “exploitation of natural resources” and the “illegal dispossession” of land. It also included an explicit reference to land-grabbing.* [1]

Land grab and environment destruction for commercial, industrial purpose is bad enough,
Appropriating foreign lands to wage wars is downright despicable.

Okinawa, Jeju, Diego Garcia, Marshall island, Guam, …….immediately come to mind.
The Okinawans have been protesting for the past 70 yrs, written to Mdm Dowager Killary, went to Washington to plead their case, each time they were given the short shrift .
The ICC’s new mantra is a god send to these unpeople, the Chagosians might finally get to
go back to their homeland ?

Dont hold your breath !

Turns out that the very first case on the table is about…..Cambodia !

Why , Cambodia alleged transgressions are just child’s play when compared to all the above industrial scale land grab by the USN ??

In the recent Asean summit, Cambodia practically single-handedly thwarted uncle scam’s machination to forge an anti China united front.
Now we’ve this Murkkan law firm taking up the cudgel for some Cambodian villagers at the ICC !
Rings a bell ?

Must be just a coincidence !

"Ask yourself: what is your IIoT strategy?"

Ahh yes, the AI Ghost Dancing Internet of All Things.

If you haven't heard the podcasts about cyborgs and cyber-biological-internet lashups, you most certainly will, once the Drump-Klinton debacle is ironed out, and the Four Horsemen of Military,
Government, Fed Bank and Corporate have a clear path towards a $1,000,000,000,000 Police State.

(She's going to 'win', you know? It's all pre-scripted. Just listen to the 'debate' transcript.)

Micro-miniaturization, combined with ubiquitous microwave cellular lets anyone find their position within a few meters anywhere on earth, using their cell wifi-GPS location and floating in the cloud, whether you actually have a data contract, or jack into any available wifi. Will this translate into nano-bot wifi implanted in your cerebral cortex, a kind of hands-free sleep-zombie prison-psychosis?

"Software will disrupt most traditional industries in the next 5-10 years. Uber is just a software tool, they don't own any cars, and are now the biggest taxi company in the world. Airbnb is now the biggest hotel company in the world, although they don't own any properties."

Except that Uber drivers are going bankrupt, sucked into Uber-GE Finance vehicle purchase contracts in a business domain with no franchise and no territory protection. It's the ultimate ponzi scheme!
AirBnB is exactly the same ponzi, with an additional layer of bankster-style fees-misrepresentation.
Both Uber and AirBnB business models are essentially black-hole profit centers, not real disruptors.
It's just tuk-tuk drivers and homestays, you can find the inevitable sad outcome in any 3W country.

"Because of IBM Watson, you can get legal advice (so far for more or less basic stuff) within seconds, with 90% accuracy compared with 70% accuracy when done by humans. So if you study law, stop immediately. There will be 90% less laywyers in the future, only specialists will remain."

Lol, yeah, there will be 90% fewer lawyers because these new 'disruptive' e-business models are pillaging voluntary users, 'independent contractors', so future lawsuits will be between paupers.
Think of Tesla, for example. All the suckers who bought the coal-burning cars. Think of Solar City, all the suckers who put solar units on their roofs, and now are prevented from selling spare power.
Who are you gonna sue? Suckers! And when Space-X blasts off for Mars with $4,000,000,000,000 of your last life savings, who are you gonna complain to, your Corporate United-and-Owned Congress Critter?

Their crazed nano-exuberance is being driven entirely by a promise of that $T National Police State, a robotic, elevator-music, chipped and HAL5000 cyborgy. Is data analytics going to drive this change,
like Tesla's auto-drive car decapitated its speeding 'owner'? Sure, data analytics and the new math of finding deep trends in cloud data is amazing, but you can't run a juice bar from your beach suite.

All that will come of this is Cloud-Based Big Brother and pandemic surveillance, run from remote log-in dashboard profit centers controlled by the Ubers and the Chosen, like stock banksters have now, and an elite of mostly H1B immigrant techno-droids to service the hardware, software and reporting.

Our nano-reality will be pauper servers and pauper customers, vast unfranchised territories of cut-throat sales, nano-hirings and firings on the blip of commodities price points, a mad Meth-headism. And this Drump-Klinton Great Society is the perfect incubator for their anti-societal, anti-cultural cyborg cloud wave to sweep around the earth, like Amazon's, undercutting all normal human-to-human endeavors. First cut out the middle-men, and then cut out the humans entirely. The Cloud.

"If you want a vision of the future, imagine a cyborg stamping on a human face - forever."
